He was not very personable & could barley hear him talk, forgot things, brought wrong things…. but the food was so good and we did not let any of that ruin our anniversary night. ♥️ I ordered a glass of strawberry lemonade margarita, but was served the bigger one. I only had 1 glass, but you can tell it’s a pretty hefty cocktail and probably get 3 drinks out of it. I get mine with sugar instead of salt and it was yummy. We ordered the Outlaw Ribeye which was huge, had perfect amount of seasoning and very tender. The mac & cheese (my personal favorite) is super creamy and divine!!! The bacon did not over power it. The brussel sprouts had a lot of honey flavor. My husband thought they were a little too sweet though. Not too sweet for me though. And the ceaser salad was fresh with big thin slices of parmesan. All around SO YUM!!! We will definitely come back.
Oh the $6 all the time Margarita.
We were told the wait time would be 35 minutes, but we waited over an hour. They take your phone number and say they’ll call you when your table is ready, but no one ever contacted us. Instead, staff were shouting names, and we had to keep checking in ourselves.
After finally being seated, we placed our order immediately. It then took another hour for our food to arrive. When it finally came out, most of it was cold. My husband’s meal was cold, mine was cold except for the Brussels sprouts, and my daughter’s food was barely warm. She was so hungry after nearly two hours of waiting that she ate it anyway. We weren’t even given napkins.
We also ordered mushrooms for one plate and never received them yet they still charged us. When I asked for the charge to be removed, the server Vilma said the manager had already given us a discount. I explained I didn’t ask for a discount I simply wanted to be charged correctly for what we actually received. The server Vilma became rude, slammed the check on the table, and walked away.
To make matters worse, when I asked for my customer receipt, she crumpled it up and handed it to me with an attitude.
Between the excessive wait times, cold food, missing items, incorrect charges, and extremely unprofessional service, this experience was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing and not good for business.
The level of service was disorganized and inattentive from start to finish. I expect much better attention to detail and accountability from a restaurant of this caliber. I strongly urge management to address these issues and improve their service standards.
