This is towards management and not employees… the lady manager working December 2 at 8:15pm was very rude and has a nasty attitude. Talked to the cashier girl very rudely in front of customers, then while we waited to get our card back from the cashier instead of asking, she took her hands and motioned for us to move down to the other end of the front counter.

We Oder a super sausage bus combo a burrito combo. Went to get out drinks it counter was nasty. Got our food it was a super bacon biscuit took it back the manager ask for a super sausage then went to the side an took a deep breath came an said they have to make the egg I will bring it to you we waited about 5 minutes never came I went back up the manager ask for it again. I put it up the guy in the back said. So he said he need another. It was good but the manager an 3 other girl standing up front waiting on food 2 I seen in back trying to make food. Manager go help them you are the manager if someone is sinking it make you look bad when your just standing waiting on food an not helping get it.

Went into drive thru. Ordered a ham and cheese biscuit and a plain biscuit with jelly. First Oder didn’t have cheese, ham was dried out and biscuit tasted 4 days old. Second order was just a dried out old biscuit with no jelly. Will never stop there again!!! Waste of money.?

Enjoyed the atmosphere, very clean restaurant and bathrooms. Food was excellent, fries hot and Drinks cold. Ms. Abbey (shift leader) was very kind and her whole team was welcoming. Mary took our order, answered our questions and did it all without losing that winning smile. Thank you to Ms. Abbey and your team for a pleasant lunch. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Stopped on the way to Pigeon Forge recently. Ordered a grilled cheese -burned. Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was only a thin piece of chicken that was missing the Nashville hot! Mushroom Swiss had a burned bun. Fries were cold. Epic fail. Needless to say we did not stop on the way back.
