My wife and I had an excellent time dining at this Cracker Barrel location. Our server, Mary (also five star!), was a true gem—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely great at what she does. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her warm and welcoming personality.
I ordered the chicken fried chicken with hashbrown casserole and mashed potatoes. My wife went with the maple bacon grilled chicken, paired with fried okra and hashbrown casserole. Every bite was delicious and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous—we both had leftovers.
After dinner, we took a stroll through the country store, browsing quirky trinkets, books, nostalgic toys, and cozy clothes. I couldn’t resist grabbing a bag of Sugar Free Jelly Belly jellybeans and a bottle of Sugar Free Orange Cream Soda from the retro beverage wall near the host station—because nothing says “date night” like guilt-free jellybeans and a fizzy throwback treat. ✌️
All in all, it was a wonderful experience—great food, great service, and a fun little post-dinner adventure. We’ll definitely be back soon (and probably ordering that casserole again).

First time visiting this Cracker Barrell in Greenville Tx. We loved the country store, even bought something there. However, the food was sub-par, and our server was not attentive. The restaurant was not busy, so I’m not sure why we were not attended to. The fried pickles were good, the steak was hard and dry, no flavor. The shrimp was hard and tasted bland. The fried okra wasn’t fried, tasted kinda raw. The carrots, green beans, and broccoli were good. The grilled chicken breast was rubbery and had no flavor at all. We won’t go back

Crackerbarrel has had its ups and downs. My most recent visit was a mixed bag. The menu changes are not impressive. Our server, Austin, was very good, but the food was nothing to write home about. The portion sizes were not vert consistent, since when have seven (yes, seven) French fries been a full serving?! We are not going to be frequenting cracker barrel if we can help it for sometime. Especially, since there are lots of other attractive food options.

We all met at Cracker Barrel because it is my mother‘s favorite place and it was her 89th birthday. The food was excellent, we shopped in the store a bit, and the service was unbelievable!
Our waitresses name was Emma And she was awesome. It was on a Sunday so it was extremely busy, but it never bothered Emma.! She may our dining experience, absolutely perfect and my mother had a fantastic 89th birthday!

We went in for breakfast. I got pancakes with bacon. They cooked the bacon just like I like, soft. I hate crunchy bacon. I had 3 pancakes that were great. My son had pancakes with a 3 meat sampler & eggs. We both left nothing on the plate.

We have never had a bad experience here. I went here for Mother’s Day and they gave the kids cute cards to color for me! And to top it off, the cards had a coupon for a free barrel bite on the next visit. I always get a vanilla latte at breakfast & build my own breakfast plate. Servers are always very friendly!
