This was my 2nd Chuys restaurant that I ate at. The first was horrible. This one was a little better but the food can’t compare to real Mexican or Tex Mex food. Does not even come close. Drinks just ok. The white salsa not my thing but tomato one was good with a kick. Atmosphere was 5 star. Food need more improvement to me.

We came, we were sat, now we eat. I told our server Kyle that I was in between the steak burrito and creamy green chili chicken chimichanga or something. Don’t care, just surprise me. Only question was do you like the boom boom sauce? Yes. Gave me his favorite, said he gets it for lunch. Steak burrito with the sauce. And BANG it is FIRE!!

So I got the steak chicken and shrimp fajita and a lime margarita the drink was on point full of flavor I wish that the shrimp was bigger but overall it was cooked to perfection but when I say the queso dip and the jalapeño ranch dip was the game changer poured it over my fajitas which made the taste explosive definitely a must try

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and fun atmosphere. Staff was super nice and helpful. The food was super delicious . We have been there two times and will keep going back. No matter what you order it is alot of food for the price and worth it. A must try!!!!

Never heard of this place. We are in Kentucky for an archery tournament for school. I waked in and thought this is like Mexican with a 50s theme diner. The food was pretty good and the decor was very cute. We had a very polite sever.

The food at Chuy’s is good enough, but the vibe is what really stands out here. I’d describe it as a Cracker Barrel that serves Mexican food. Love the hubcap ceiling decor and the photos of all the dogs on the wall!
As far as the food goes, you get plenty to get you full and some to bring home, and for a very decent price! I had the beef fajitas and my lady had the chicken burrito. Everything was seasoned well and plated with gusto. Their house salsa is phenomenal, as are their homemade tortillas!
I’ll definitely come back, Chuy’s is a solid choice if you’re in the mood for Mexican.

Chuy’s at 104 Oxmoor Ct is always a great spot, but what really makes the experience special are the people. Benjamin and Moe are hands down the BEST servers,attentive, friendly, and they make sure you have everything you need. The creamy jalapeño with fresh tortilla chips is the best in town, and on this visit I enjoyed the tortilla soup, shrimp tacos, and the 4oz fajita beef, all delicious! If you’re in the mood for drinks, make sure to stop by the bar and ask for Amber, she’s the most friendly and lovely bartender in Louisville, always mixing up the best cocktails with a smile. And I can’t forget to mention the BEST manager I’ve ever met, Shane Steger, who truly sets the standard for hospitality. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the amazing service!

We enjoyed ourselves. Just wished the food had a little more seasoning. But to be honest I fell in love with the fresh salsa. It was spicy just they way I love it. My family loved the jalapeño creamy sauce.
