Such a disappointment. Arrived at 6:30, restaurant had a waiting list. I sat at the bar and ordered dinner. Bartender was very good.
Ordered the “sizzling ” 16oz Prime Rib. It was the WORST prime rib ever served to me (im in my 60s)!!! It was “bubblegum ” . I paid for alot of uneatable fat .. my 2go box had 8oz of chewy meat and fat. The menu said “sizzling ” at your table .. no sizzle happening on my plate .. cold potatoe and Luke warm entrée.
The Potato was cold. Almost like a reheat from the day before. And a surprise “loaded” charge.

First timer and it didn’t disappoint! I took some company too and her steak was delicious as well. I got the steak and lobster tail and it was So meaty and with everything from the service- which was outstanding by the way- to the vibe was dope. The location threw me off a bit but once inside it’s like a rustic, cowboy type decor which I liked personally. We showed up withing the hour it closed and the food was brought out promptly. We didn’t feel rushed like when other places close and the staff want you out. I appreciate that kind of service, I’ll be back to try other items soon. Thank you to our male waiter I’m sorry I forgot your name but shout out to you!!

Our steaks had so much fat and wasn’t cooked the way we asked. It was so busy that we didn’t even have time to ask for it to be cooked more. Our bowls where so dirty we had to get 3 out of 4 replaced. We had the salad and dressing sitting there for a while before we even got the bowls back clean to eat the salad. The food has really went down. We use to love coming here. The last few times we have came its always been problems with food. I think they need to not worry so much about having so many people coming in and out quickly over service of food.

Absolutely horrible experience.!. a 5 person reservation was sat at a 4 top booth! Server argues with us about a silverware set up. Found obvious mouse droppings in another silverware set up. Was told “we investigated, it wasnt” never saw a manger. Server ignored us from that point on. Ordered the porterhouse steak. Came out raw. Cold inside. Was told. We can slap it on the grill to bring it up to temp!!! Ordered spinach artichoke dip. Had no spinach. ( the dip was still really good tho, so it got ate) had a togo order to be placed. Came out before we even got our meals. Table beans for 5 adults was a half filled little cauldron thing… . Like horrible experience. Such high prices for sub par service. And the issues with the food. A positive. The other food was really good. Calamari and 4 other steaks…

First I will start with service. Our waiter I’m guessing was new. Brought bread but no knife to cut it or put butter on it. By the time we got it , bread was cold. Also the used plates could have been taken away to make more comfortable. The salad and beans were above average. Baked potato was one of the best potatoes I found. Filet mignon was absolutely delicious! Even though the ribs were a little dry , they were the most meaty ribs. Luckily they have their delicious signature BBQ sauce tableside.

First time trying this place with my husband tonight, and it was disappointing.
Atmosphere, good. Service, good.
The food was not good for me.
I got my pork rack of ribs cold, cold as in someone pulled it from the fridge and just put warm BBQ glaze over it.
After I ate about 2 end pieces, I asked my husband if it was cold or if I was just being picky. I cut a piece off for him, and he realized it was cold to the touch also.
We told the waiter, and he took it back and said they would take care of it. The waiter came out and asked if we wanted to get it in a box to go or bring it out to our table. At that point, I just wasn’t hungry anymore, so we just asked for coffee instead of dessert.
The manager brought coffee to us, and the coffee was room temperature, which was not hot because we asked for half and half as we poured it in our coffee, the creamer was clumpy floating in our room temperature coffee.
The artichoke dip was very oily as well.
The only thing good was the bread, and the portion size of food was a plus.
Our tab was about $140 plus tip.
Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

My prime rib had way to much fat and chewy. My wife’s was chewy too but less fat. I thought my rib tasted great. My wife thought it needed more seasoning. My son-in-law loved his Porterhouse! No, I will never order a Prime Rib there again but definitely go back for steak!

Great host, food came out a good timings. The waitress also let us know if the dinner for 2 option. Besides the drive and slightly greasy onion appetizer. Great experience.
