My order was not prepared correctly, and when I attempted to address this with the staff, I was informed that a “less blend” option was unavailable. This was contradictory to my previous, positive experiences at this same location, where this request was accommodated without issue.
Furthermore, I found the interaction with the employee to be unprofessional; specifically, a staff member interrupted a colleague while they were attempting to assist us with our order. The overall attitude displayed was disappointing and does not align with the level of customer service I have come to expect from your establishment.

I can’t believe how disappointing my experience at this Starbucks was, primarily due to the employees. I ordered two drinks and waited inside for my order. They made my first drink, but then all the baristas stood behind the counter, chatting and joking with each other. After a long wait, one of them finally asked if I had ordered anything else. I confirmed and told them what it was, yet they continued their conversation, seemingly oblivious to me. At one point, a coworker with shaved hair leaned in to whisper something to another barista, and they both burst out laughing while I stood there, visibly frustrated. The service was absolutely terrible.

I come here about once a week in the morning and the drive thru people are so kind and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience and I know that sometimes the line gets long, but they never mess my order up and are always incredibly considerate.

How long is acceptable to wait in the drive thru? Today it was 28 minutes. The line wasn’t even long… maybe 6 or 7 cars. I just left before getting my last sandwich that I paid for but couldn’t wait any longer for.. Food and drink are good, as expected.. Just don’t go to this location if you have someplace to be anytime soon.

Food and drinks are standard compared to all other Starbucks but this one is SSSLLLOOOWWWW. It’s the perfect stop on my way to work but I won’t visit unless I have to because it takes 20-30 minutes minimum even if you order ahead. They’ve also forgotten parts of my order or misplaced it several times.

I usually love this place- like it’s my favorite one to stop at off of 44. However this past time was not it. I’ve worked as a barista in the past and the one who took my order and checked me out was not acting in any sort of way nice even. When taking my order I could barely hear which you know is fine but then they kept misunderstanding my drink which I have gotten here a million times without problem. It’s simple too . They sounded rude over the intercom and like they didn’t want me there. And still messed it up. Which fine whatever. But at the window I was literally the only one and they seemed more busy talking which * mean yes I get getting along with coworkers but come on guys. Then the lady who checked me out was just rude, I asked for a straw and she gave me a visibly damaged one. Didn’t give me back the correct change, no sense of being polite and I even asked how everything was going. The only reason I’m even reviewing is because my mom has had the same encounter before just this past week and we both typically always go to this one. I just wish the service was acceptable. This is truly the slowest Starbucks there is. Even if there is only a car or two in the drive thru line expect to wait!!! The last two times I have gone it takes them about five minutes per car! Crazy!!

I ordered a venti shaken espresso and I’m pretty sure the espresso was left out, or not enough shots were put into the drink. It tasted like sweet milk and I couldn’t even go back to exchange because the inside was closed and the line was too long. There also was so much ice that I likely got the amount of a grande. Disappointed that I paid $8 for this.

This location has the rudest employee. I asked for light ice which I did not get. The employee female with short hair that works the early morning shift got an attitude when I asked for it to be remade with light ice. She told me I should have ordered something else. I’m sorry I didn’t want something else. She said I will just put extra coconut milk in it. Then she did not put my extra shots of expresso I paid for in it either. I will never visit that location again. I have never had an employee give me a hard time about light ice before and other locations do light ice with no problem. This employee needs to find a job not working with the public.
