I have no way to call to complain but I just left and although the young lady was nice she got my order wrong and put cream on top.she said she would fix it and instead she took off the top with left alot of cream and gave it back mostly melted with no real juice. It was a long wait in drive thru so i just left as my other cone was already melting for someone at home. I told her i haven’t had one in 9 years as I been in vegas so I would have thought she would have just remade them since it was her mistake

Always love tropical sno during spring and summer. Flavored ice on a hot day and can pick your own flavors, let them pick, or order a regular and are listed and what’s in them.

I love the cute umbrellas, it really helps give it a tropical feel. It’s also really refreshing to hear Christian music while we enjoy our snow cones. It’s nice having good, wholesome music for my kids to listen to. I’m glad this place takes that into consideration to make it even more of a family/kid friendly place! Not to mention my kids love the juicy snow cones, every time we come our snow cones are never dry and always have lots of flavor!

When we got the snowcone, you know how they put the cover to make them the monsters ease. Those things are so flimsy that we end up wearing half of the 90% of the damn snowcone all over the clothes and all over the damn car ridiculous I said I didn’t want nothing and she told me the ones that I got would be not sweet but sure no hell was.

These people really think outside the box. They set up events for the family at their facility. They bring in food trucks so you can have not only their tasty snow cones and drinks but you can have a meal, while the kids play in a giant foam party.
