Walked in around 9:40am and sat at the counter. Waitress greeted me and got me sweet tea right away. Ordered the cheesesteak and cheesy eggs with loaded hash browns. Food was delicious and hot, didn’t have to wait log to receive it.

I ordered a t bone steak dinner. The meat was old, freezer burned, and just not fresh. I asked for it to be well done and it was pink all the way through from end to end. The sides were fine. You can’t really mess up toast, eggs, and grits. The servers were a disaster and dishonest. Miss this place. You’ll thank me for it later

It took almost 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order. It was busy, but it seemed like the waitress were watching the 2 cooks cook. I heard one of the cooks mentioned more than once he was there only 7 days. I dont fault the cooks, they were working as fast as they could with a very small grill.

Great food as always. I love the waffles, but usually get egg whites, toast and some bacon while traveling as a healthier alternative. You can’t go wrong with Waffle House!

It’s Waffle House baby! First off I’ve been to hundreds of these as a trucker, they are always conveniently close to a Truck center. That being said you tend to get the service if the demographic area that surrounds them. But not at this location. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Dixie. This southern Gem took my order, got my drink and kept it refilled without me asking. She was super attentive and was efficient at her job. The location was busy and the line was running like a smooth oiled machine. Everyone had there place and position covered to a T. Food came out hot and quick and delicious. Stop in you won’t be disappointed and make sure you stop and see the Gangster Granny! Thank you Miss Dixie.

It was a true blessing to accept a given direction God led me to this morning for breakfast. He not only directed me to this location to become fulfilled with a simple outstanding meal but also a link to appreciating the trueness of being Accountable as a team. The actions that were shown led me, not just for a future sermon to His children, but also the courage to maintain my Family together as one. Running a busy is maintained just like securing a home, a community, a church, and ourselves.

The team presented a wide welcome smile at the door, even though this dreary rain was making it hard to get in.

That outstanding character and service given by Ginger kept me in being appreciated as a child of God.

Then to see some of the top Team leaders, not just employees, connect Waffle House’s accountability to Lead by an example, Display its purpose, Operate to Lead by an example, and Provide outstanding appreciation unto each other to help customer service become appreciated.

Thanks, Alyssa & the floor crew for taking that 1st step in making my favorite dish “Old-Fashion” Chicken Omelet (miss the salsa y’all used to offer), something many of the cooks don’t hardly get right. Randy, Syndie, and many others of the Southern Louisiana Area Team. Not to forget Region Manager – New Orleans Gabrielle Jones for the Great Inspirational Spirit and Service given.

May each of you continue standing strong together as a team!!

Job Well done!!

3 Women, 2 Men working during record snowfall. Waitress Toddie was absolutely mean, showed 0 emotion, acted like everyone she waited on was just a bother. She obviously didn’t want to work today. I understand due to weather & only place open. 6 of us eating. Arrived 4:30ish, drink order taken @5:32pm, drinks arrived 5:41
Food order taken 5:46 food arrived 6:17. Food was way below standard. Cold items on every plate we ordered EXCEPT the waffle. The waffle tasted like cake and not like a waffle should. Scrambled eggs had two spots that were plainly undercooked.
Definitely would not recommend even given the weather etc

I visited the railroad Avenue location around 3:30 in the morning and the cook working that night made the best food that I’ve ever received from any Waffle House. He did a great job! If it was this good all the time, I would probably eat there more often.

You can’t place an order to go over the phone; they force you to do it online. Then you can’t select that you want to pay with cash; they force you to pay with a card. Im tired of companies acting like they dont take cash.
