We were recommended to try Lucky’s from a local, unfortunately the experience was not the greatest. Before I continue, the manager was extremely polite and understanding, she tried her best to help what was considered one of the worst steaks I’ve had.
I ordered a filet mignon, medium rare. I asked the waitress if they were capable of hitting medium rare since it tends to be a little tricky for some. The reply was optimistic. The wait was considerably long(35min) given the restaurant was not packed at the time. Maybe 3 tables in the whole dining room and they had already eaten. So out comes my steak, and let’s just say, plate presentation was lacking and the asparagus were submerged in some sweet tasting sauce. The filet was not cooked correctly, medium well. I explained to the waitress it was overcooked and it did not have a hard sear like I requested. The waitress returned the over cooked steak left my asparagus, 15 minutes later, it appears to be swimming in red juice! Obviously due to the hue of the red juice I knew it was raw. I cut it open, and
confirmed my initial observation! By this time my wife and son had already finished their meal. The waitress came back and apologized, no suggestion on involving the manager nor any attempts to correct the problem. I requested the manager, explained my experience and the issue was resolved. Left on an empty stomach.

Seating is very close together and often you are bumped by ppl or groups of people walking by. Less than average flavors on our food. Although portons were decent size, most of the meals were not prepared properly or completely cooked. The wait staff was busy and overwhelmed helping larger parties. Nothing really unique or memorable for stands out from this visit. Not likely to recommend.

My family and I have dined here before and previously had a very positive experience, especially regarding food allergies. My wife and son both have allergies, and this was one of the few places we trusted because those needs had been respected in the past.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting.
While our waitress was excellent and did everything she could, the kitchen repeatedly failed us. My son’s meal was prepared incorrectly and had to be sent back. My wife’s food was then brought out severely undercooked and also had to be returned. When it was brought back again, it contained an ingredient tied to a known food allergy that she explicitly cannot have. At that point, this marked the fourth major error from the kitchen.
Given the repeated mistakes and the clear lack of care being taken with food safety, we asked for the bill and left.
To make matters far worse, my wife is now suffering from food poisoning, and my son has had ongoing stomach pain since the visit. This goes far beyond a “bad meal” — it reflects a serious failure in food handling and allergy awareness, which is especially concerning for a restaurant that previously seemed to understand the importance of these issues.
This experience has completely destroyed the trust we once had in this establishment, and we are extremely disappointed.

Went out for dinner. It wasn’t very busy plenty of tables open. Our party ordered a variety of meals. Steak, Mahi, burger, shrimp and Mac and cheese. The burger was mediocre in my opinion didn’t taste super great. The steak was partially cold (not sure how that can happen) the veggies that were on the side looked like canned veggies. French fries were cold. Mac cheese had no cheese flavor. Mahi tasted like a piece of chicken. We are very used to eating mahi and know what it should taste like and that wasn’t it. We haven’t been here for a couple years due to the food being not that great. Then we thought to give it another try and same thing. Our waitress was good and efficient but the food was just mediocre at best. We brought the rest of our food home and gave it to our barn cats. Definitely won’t be returning.

First time here and it was outstanding! Food, staff/servers and atmosphere was amazing. Avg bill was $25-35 pp but worth it!! It was pretty busy for 3pm on a Saturday but so glad we chose that time instead of later and having to wait to get a table. Fresh bread served at every table was yummy, The gorgonzola ribeye, wedge salad, stuffed mushrooms and flatbread apps were a hit in our group. We will be back again soon. (Leftovers were amazing reheated too). Make sure to add this location to your list to visit.

Everything was excellent. I had the grilled salmon, broccoli and green beans. Others in our party enjoyed the ribs, coconut shrimp and scampi. Waitress was attentive with drink refills but otherwise left us alone to visit. It was a bit loud for easy visiting with someone hard of hearing, but that wouldn’t be a negative for most people.

There were 3 of us that stopped in this afternoon. The server was very efficient. I ordered a pecan chicken salad and specifically asked to not overcook the chicken. When I got it, it was way overcooked. The other two ordered ribeye dinners. The soup was good but most of the cheese dripped over the edge. The steak knives were so dull, they wouldn’t cut butter. They need to be replaced. The ribeyes were tasty. Now the lady’s bathroom….OMG, if I didn’t need to go I would have walked right out. The one door locked was broke, the stall walls were disgusting and the entire bathroom needed deep cleaning and painting. We haven’t been to this luckys in awhile and we’ll never go back. I wish I had my phone so I could have taken pics.

We had a great dinner last night. Food was great. The stuffed grouper and creamy spinach were awesome. We are glad they have Kendall Jackson Chardonnay. Parking out front was easy. We were able to make reservations which was great. You get awesome bread and a soup or salad with your entree. They sides with you dinner were very generous. They have a large menu of steak as well as fish.
