Literally the ABSOLUTE BEST Snappers establishment in Miami!! Everyone is professional and kind. I appreciate Jai who often works the register at the window along with Diamond and others who always make my experience meaningful. Whenever I come in town or have friends who do I always recommend Snappers on 7th avenue by Miami Northwestern Sr. Highschool 10/10 for sure.

I was looking forward to trying this place. I ordered the red snapper dinner; it came with 3 pieces of fish, some white bread, and a bunch of fries (more than the average place gives you); the portion size of the meal was good. The food was fresh and hot, however, the fries weren’t crisp and the fish had a chewy/ rubbery texture and lacked seasoning (it needed some salt).

They are under staffed. Most of the time you order but have to sit in the parking lot where MANY other customers are parked and your food is brought to the car. The wait is about 15 to more than 20mins so don’t expect quick service. Customer service is ok but they are overwhelmed and in my opinion try their best as employees. This place is always packed (LINES) but service is SLOW. On the other hand; I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality or quantity of food. Everything is fresh. Made to order which may a contributing factor to why there are so many cars parked waiting to be served. The amount of cars parked I can compare to a small drive-in movie theater with no exaggeration. It is SLOW. But, you will be satisfied after the wait. Food is always on point. I just wish that they would improve on the length of time it takes to serve or deliver.
