My family and I stopped in for breakfast/lunch and were so impressed! The menu has a huge variety, something for everyone, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We came with a big group (siblings, kids, and my mom), and our server Liza was exceptional. She didn’t know it, but we recently lost our brother, and she made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and at ease during a really hard time. Her kindness truly meant more than she could know.
Highly recommend this spot for great food, warm service, and a place that feels like home.

Very traditional brunch place that serves brunch everyday all day. I had egg benedicts which also comes with a side of pancakes. Huge portion! The eggs were cooked perfectly but I find that the hollandaise and side potato were salty (note here that I tend to think American foods in general are salty—so, if you are American you probably don’t feel they are too salty for you). What I like the most is the pancake and now I have my answer to why they have the sign saying “heavenly hot cakes” all over the restaurant. I had a coffee and I think it’s ok. Overall a solid 4 star restaurant and I won’t be hesitated to come back

Fantastic food, fantastic service. Would be happy to come back here anytime and try anything off the menu. The French toast was so delicious but I was a little surprised that it was a sweet butter on top. Not complaining just surprised.

Penny Ann’s Café has been on my list for a while, especially after a friend raved about it—and it absolutely lived up to the hype! This place is easily one of the top cafes in Utah. I went for breakfast at lunch and could barely finish the meal with how generous the portions were. The ham and cheese omelette was spot-on, served with perfectly seasoned home fried potatoes and their famous Heavenly Hot Cakes—light, airy sour cream pancakes that live up to their name. We started with the small scones as an appetizer, and they were amazing. My buddy had the corned beef hash, which looked just as good. The environment is clean, welcoming and the service was fast and friendly. A must-visit!

Service was on point! It was clean and very well managed, food didn’t take too long and was very good and still hot when it came out!

We came on a Tuesday around 7:30am so we were seated immediately. We ordered some coffee, orange juice and waters. The coffee was great black with just some sugar. I ordered the small breakfast and it was the perfect amount of food. Their potatoes are cooked perfectly, they had a good selection of toast to choose from (white, wheat and sourdough). The bacon was great, not fatty, thick and cooked perfectly. The waitress was very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back here.

Came here to celebrate dad’s birthday with a casual brunch. Shoutout to Luis for being one of the best servers I’ve seen in a long time. So attentive and considerate — he made our visit great. The food did also, as always, hit the spot. Everyone in the family gave this place a full five stars.

Good location. The staff was friendly and kind. Very attentive. The food was just okay though. I would go back if I was in town. I found the eggs, potatoes and corned beef hash to be very dry and and lacking in seasoning/taste. I enjoyed the French toast. The waitress made my day though

We have come to PAC before, but I’ve never submitted a GOOGLE review.
My daughter and I went for breakfast and Dennise was a wonderful server. The food was fresh and tasty.❤️
I had been wanting to try their Dubai pancakes since they emailed me, and finally had the time go. As you can see, a professional photographer also was taken by the Dubai option. I captured him taking photos of their Dubai offerings. Meanwhile, I was capturing my own amateur versions. My take on the pancake: Let it cook softer so it remains fluffier, as mine was either overly mixed or overdone a bit. What was fabulous about it was the ratio of pistachio cream to chocolate was more adequately portioned than many places serving Dubai-inspired items. The crispy kataifi and toasted pistachios sealed the deal. It is definitely a great addition to their permanent menu.
Regular faves: home fried potatoes and crispy bacon.
I even purchased a bag of their pancake mix to take home.
