Joe’s restaurant has a lot of great food options to offer. My wife and I went to Joes on Valentine’s Day. They don’t take reservations and it was a busy night special occasion, so we had a little bit of a wait.

Very nice dining environment. You first notice the bakery area when walking in and a bar on the right. The seating area is nice and presented well. Service was on point, kind, and polite. Very prompt on checking in and quick with bringing out our dishes.

They have a large menu with a lot of options. A mix of traditional and classic dinner foods and Mediterranean foods. We saw plenty we’d like to try, so ordering was a challenge. We ordered Kibbeh as an appetizer and it was fantastic! This is a hit or miss dish for many places and this was a hit.

For dinner, my wife ordered filet + lobster and I ordered Hawaiian chicken. Both dishes were very well done with a lot of flavors. Gives that classic home cooked with the best touch to each dish.

We finished up with chocolate cake that was thick and dense and very flavorful rich chocolate. Makes me want to try a lot of other baked options.

We loved the restaurant and will be back in the future. Perfect for any occasion.

First time, stopped in for lunch and loved it. The place was packed but the wait wasn’t long. Service was decent. Dining area was nice & warm feeling. Impressive menu. I had the Classic Reuben (corned beef) with horse radish & dressing. It was excellent and huge. I’m pretty picky when it comes to corned beef and normally hold off for Slymans. This corned beef was quality. Sandwich was maybe a little pricey ($20) and didn’t come with fries or any sides. It did come with a deli pickle. The sandwich was large enough that depending on your appetite, was enough as a meal. My daughter had a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of fries, which she said was really good. My granddaughter enjoyed a cup of their homemade chicken soup, which she loved. They do have a children’s menu which she ordered a grilled cheese sandwich & fries. Again, menu was a little pricey but the food was excellent and the portions were generous.
I look forward to coming back… the desserts looked decadent & fantastic.

This is a classy diner. Very good service. The corned beef hash is very tasty. The service is very fast. The coffee is very good, and the prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area.

This place is ALWAYS busy, so that tells you something right there. We ordered online and picked up. Food was ready on time and everything was correct. Prices are a little higher here, but you get a very large portion of food. I thought the matzo ball soup was very good. They have a pretty big menu, so there’s something for everyone.

absolutely amazing, i was in the mood for a lighter meal so i got just mac n cheese, but my family all got meals and enjoyed them. we got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer (not pictured) which were absolutely delicious with a crispy outside and good cheese pulls. after, we got a carrot cake, raspberry cheesecake, and key lime cheesecake which we brought home. lovely waitress and kind, attentive staff.

Y’all, if you’re looking for a nice restaurant to take some friends or family, check out this deli. It’s much larger than you’d think with plenty of seating and a Huge menu to choose from. Bring your appetite because there isn’t a meal here that’s not bigger than your ordinary restaurant…it’s actually pretty impressive how big they are given how wonderful the food is here. Take half of your meal home because the desserts are the absolute best in the area! The service here is excellent as well! Again, bring your appetite, you’re going to love it here! Cheers!

When you hear how good a place is, so you go out of your way to check it out, and it exceeds all of your expectations … THATS what “Joe’s, a Fine Deli & Restaurant” (or, just JOES) is…

The food here is simple, basic, in the best possible way;
just high quality food, crafted in a classic & delicious manner…
I think maybe It tastes better than many other places, because it’s not the usual over-processed formula you’ll find in so many other eating establishments.
Is it home-made?
might as well be…
except, i cant create a soup as delicious as this at my home !

The atmosphere here is friendly, casual, comfortable and it feels like practically everyone knows each other…

It was busy tonight, but not TOO busy, people who come here know this is the real deal
& i suspect many are “regulars”…
i may become a regular now also.

There are many enticing things on the menu, and id like to try them all.

Highly recommended

Joe’s Deli is one of my favorites. I happened to come in early enough for breakfast today and had a cappuccino and the garden omelet. Very tasty!

We chose to pop in for breakfast. It was wonderful. The food was cooked as we requested, with tasty, was all fresh and nicely presented. We ordered the western omelette. We ordered well done bacon and it was cooked to perfection. Potato pancakes were good and served with sour cream and applesauce. They just learned to present everything fresh, attractive and plentiful. Delicious, generously portioned so much so that two of us could have shared.

Only recommendation I have for diners is that you need extra time, just have to be patient, but it’s worth every minute of the wait. It’s always packed, challenging to find a parking space, and I’ll wait to get a table.. we sat at the bar, didn’t speed the food delivery, but it was fun to talk to others.

Well done.

Joe’s Deli is a real gem. Consistently delicious, never pretentious.

Joe’s Deli is what you want when you’re craving a real meal made with care, not dressed-up cardboard like so many other “concept” spots around town. This is a place where the food speaks for itself, and it speaks fluently.

The quality of ingredients is unmistakable. You can tell they’re not cutting corners or faking flavor. Their corned beef is legendary for a reason: tender, juicy, and piled high without being greasy or over-salted. The matzo ball soup? Soulful. Sandwiches? Built with intention. Even the little details, like the fresh bread or crisp pickle spears are handled with pride. No sad, plastic-tasting substitutions here.

The vibe is warm and unpretentious. Families, professionals, and regulars all feel welcome. The service is friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. Nobody is trying to upsell you or perform like it’s dinner theater. They just do their job well, which is increasingly rare at this point in late stage capitalism when it seems like every establishment is trying to play the public for every dime they can.

It’s not trying to be “trendy” or Instagrammable. It’s just good. And that’s the highest compliment you can give a restaurant these days. I always leave full, satisfied, and slightly annoyed I ever tried anywhere else.

Joe’s Deli is what Cleveland should be proud of. Consistent, honest, and delicious.
