Bought two pizzas today. One girl working and the pizzas were awesome. Not sure why all the complaints but everytime we get pizza here they are good but we also do pick up if that matters. Who ever was working there today at 12pm does an excellent job!

I don’t even know where to begin, or how to express my disappointment and irritation with this location. We’ve had issues with this location probably 3-5 times now, to the point that we almost always drive to a different location instead of doing delivery because the website only allows us to select this location for delivery. I mean, driving on Blanding instead of dealing with incompetence, bad attitudes, rude management, careless staff, etc.? Sounds like a better option to me!
There’s always SOMETHING wrong with an order here. Always. Something! Forgetting part of our order, delivering an hour late, cold food, soggy pizza, the list goes on. We decided to give them another chance tonight, it’d been a long day and we just wanted pizza (I would also like to add that Papa John’s has always been my favorite, and I have never experienced this many issues with Papa John’s or any other restaurant/establishment for the matter). We ordered two hand-tossed pizzas this evening. They arrived early (credit to our speedy Dasher). They were SO thin, as thin as the paper plates we were using! I thought maybe I’d made a mistake and ordered thin crust, but alas, I did not. I called and spoke to a manager, who neglected to provide his name, and attempted to rectify the situation. He very rudely advised me that they don’t offer medium thin crust pizzas – why, yes, that seems to be a bit of a problem for both of us then, doesn’t it? He told me I could bring the pizzas in to exchange them. You mean the pizzas I just PAID AND TIPPED to have delivered? Are you serious? That’s your solution? I just wanted a refund or the pizzas to be remade and delivered again – but here we are. “That’s just our policy,” I think someone at corporate would beg to differ (oh and other managers in your store who HAVE corrected previous issues).
He was rude and unprofessional. Why wouldn’t you want to solve the problem? How would you feel if it was YOUR food? This place is a joke and I would stay away, far away, if I were you. They give Papa John’s a bad name.
I have submitted feedback at a corporate level, and am waiting for a response, I’m hoping that goes better than my conversation with this disrespectful, unprofessional manager.

Stopped here to pick up a delivery order for Uber eats. On the road and lot and asked to use the bathroom. It’s EMPLOYEES ONLY! I mean it is a restroom, I am not shooting drugs, trying to sleep in there, I understand in some circumstances with the homeless population but when I have to wait 10 minutes for my order to be ready and they will not let you use a bathroom which is clearly in a public space at the front of the store. I would never give my business to this establishment. And I also thought that was illegal in Florida. on Papa Johns

after getting out the hospital I go pick up my order. I try to use the bathroom. Im told it for employees only. I informed them this was illegal. I’ll post a picture of the Florida statue. I know the girl that told me this probably was told to say that. But they need to understand its not ok. I see this way to much!

My wife ordered via the app as done many times before. Having done so, they have our addresse on file. You can see on all the pictures the items ordered that they put their own address to be delivered too, causing a delay in the delivery. Upon delivery, the pizza was cold. Instead of using their own drivers with the means of keeping the pizza hot via their pizza tote bag, they utilized door dash henceforth the cold pizza. My wife called the manager, which was like trying to talk to a toddler in trouble, giving every means of excuse instead of taking responsibility. I’m guessing beside the phone is a list of excuses to be given to customers. It’s obvious the Papa John’s located at 9542 Argyle Forrest Blvd does not care about their customers. Definitely poor quality with customer service, but I guess with the lack of people wanting to work, you have to lower your standards of employee requirements, and it really shows at this location.

Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn’t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to a different papa johns . I’ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgusted with the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u can barely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home . UNACCEPTABLE, when I called u inform them , they didn’t care and said they can’t do nothing since I took the pizza home .

The pizza tastes like it wasn’t even made fresh . It tasted like cardboard, and it was seating there for hours. I was shocked by their quality of the Oreo Bit and how little cream was given. Do not go it wasn’t worth $20.84. I should have checked the pizza. Little Caesars is better than these.

So apparently they changed their original crust to a thin crust pizza almost like a pan pizza. I called and asked for clarification and the girl was like sorry we changed it and that’s how we do it now and hung the phone up on me. The only reason I order papa johns expensive pizza is for their crust but now theirs no reason and the way she hung up. I don’t encourage anyone to go here.

First order of 5 pizzas to a school delivered over an hour late. Students were not able to enjoy them. This location wouldn’t redeliver or give store credit. Was provided with “managers contact information” but no response. $80 wasted.
Second order of 5 pizzas, the following day, was delivered on time. Students enjoyed their reward!
FYI. According to a door dasher, tips added when ordering thru Papa John’s website do not carry over to the door dash delivery driver. I tipped $10, but they received less than half that
Recommend not relying on delivery. Order carryout.
