Items Eaten: Pulled Pork Tacos, Chicken Wings, Brisket, Ribs, Mac N Cheese, cornbread and for dessert – Cheesecake and Bread Pudding.
heartedly.
We ordered beef brisket, chicken, corn bread, biscuits and mac’n’cheese. Everything I had was exceptionally delicious. The meat was juicy and not too oily at the same time.
Their cocktails were also good. One of the best caesar I had.
Their staff was also very kind. They were professional and friendly. They definitely added good vibes to our meal.
I will come back!!
My bro passionately despises people taking photos of their food- for the first time ever, he took a photo of his food the beef ribs were actually insane. Ive never seen any that massive and juicy looking, even other tables commented.
Javier was even better than the ribs. So warm, welcoming, happy, professional, goofy. We would come back for him alone.
The Brussels and braised cabbage were soooo good. Perfect decor, brought me right back to Texas.
Looking forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience and memorable moments with the bro
The Maple Smoqued Chicken Wings were a flavour-packed opener: crisp skin kissed with smoke, balanced by the cool freshness of dill sauce and crunchy crudités. The BBQ Pork Side Ribs fell off the bone with ease, rich with a sweet-smoky glaze that had us reaching for “just one more.”
The Beef Brisket was pitmaster perfection: deeply smoky, fork-tender, and paired with tangy-sweet braised red cabbage. For a lighter smoke, the Maple Smoked Half Chicken offered juicy, fragrant meat with a delicate maple finish.
The Toasted Fennel Sausages brought a punch of aromatics, lifted by sharp mustard and the sweetness of caramelized onions. The sides were no afterthought: Grilled Corn with Smoked Cheddar & Chipotle Mayo was indulgent yet bright, while Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic & Caramelized Onion were smoky-sweet crowd-pleasers.
Comfort classics shone too: creamy Mac & Cheese, refreshing Coleslaw, pillowy Cornbread with sweet butter, and irresistible Buttermilk Biscuits slathered in blueberry butter.
Executive Chef & Pitmaster Alex Rad’s passion for authentic barbecue showed in every bite, from locally sourced ingredients to the all-night smoking process. With a menu rich in gluten-free options and a cozy whiskey bar, Smoque N’ Bones nailed the perfect mix of rustic charm and refined flavour! Highly recommended for your next intimate gathering or corporate event!

Southern Sides like Classic sides made from scratch such as mac n’ cheese, brisket baked beans, collard greens, sweet potato waffle fries, and cornbread with sweet butter.
Also Platters, Family-style and “Pitmaster” platters are available for sharing, offering a mix of different meats and sides.
Drinks: The bar is noted for its whiskey selection and creative cocktails like the Maple Bacon Old Fashioned. Non-alcoholic options like house-made smokehouse lemonade and sweet tea are also offered.
There’s indoors and outdoors arrangement depending on the weather situation. The crowd here is great. It’s suitable for business, romantic and birthday dinners .. Give them try…
Waiter was attentive and kind. Dessert was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.
If you’re considering going here – YOU MUST GO. Best decision we made.
I felt the food was yummy but somewhat overpriced. By far my favourite dish was the Beetroot Salad, which was incredible; followed by the unique sweet potato waffle fries. Side of mac’n’cheese was okay for its $11 price tag. I was disappointed by the 1/2-pound beef brisket; at $23.5, I expected more flavour and/or garnish/sides.
