Wow. Just wow. I never thought I would enjoy this place as much as i do. Let me give you a full rundown of Phil’s wine and dine. Upon entering you are warmly welcomed by a flurry of hamsters waiting to take you to your seat and help you with anything you need. As you are sat 2 teenage boys and one 4th gradeish looking boy are lined up ready to take your order in maid costumes. When you put in your order it is brought out you can finally enjoy the Phil specials that have been passed on through generations!
