I reviewed this sandwich shop about a year ago and I think it has actually improved since then. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Potbelly app gets a lot of work by me. I order in the app and it’s ready 19 or so minutes later when I arrive. I either carry it out or take the bag to a seat and eat there. Prices are reasonable and if you use the app about every third or fourth sandwich is free depending on what you order with sandwich. Recommended.

Ordered a cup of potato soup from the girl at the register. She served me like warm soup with no cheese or toppings . I asked her for some cheese and she rudely snapped back with “that’s EXTRA” ! I have been working next door for months and I always order the same thing . Never been told it was extra. She was rude and unprofessional and I won’t be returning for a 5.00 cup of potato soup lukewarm and no cheese . I would be fired if I talked to a customer like that .

The staff that works the evenings lately just do not care about any customer service. No one greets you when you come in and they all have their ear buds in doing their own thing. Myles completely ignored us when we were at the counter. Asked him how he was tonight and he just turned and walked away. The food is great… just wished the stuff could show just a bit of personality and kindness towards their customers.

No welcoming customers, no saying bye to customers. Was out of Chicken Salad, was out of Tuna salad, out of hot peppers even with 100 jars around the restaurant. Could not open because those are “to sell”. No napkins in any dispenser. We asked, they handed us 3 and still never re-filled the canisters. Set back in the back on their phones. Worthless employees. I will never go back to this potbelly.

Useless potbelly. My wife is vegetarian, and out of the three times we’ve ordered a veggie sandwich from them, they put chicken all over the sandwich. Teach your employees how to read. They left the chips out of the order most recently as well, this is incredibly frustrating for us. Get it together.

My son and I both got a wrecked medium sandwich and I totally enjoyed it. The ingredients were fresh and it was exactly what I needed that evening. The medium was more than enough food for me. I liked the atmosphere for a sandwich shop, the price was reasonable and the bathrooms were clean. My only negative comment is that the counter is a bit high and you can’t really watch them prepare your sandwich due to the counter height. Recommended in spite of that issue.

Horrible customer service. Did not catch the name of the male but worked on 10/16 at 1:49PM. He did not hand me my spoon but rather almost threw it at me while I’m bagging my own food and walked away before handing in my receipt and said, “you can grab your receipt.” Got upset when he had to void out the correct item as it ended up being a pick two item and I had to mention twice what type of soup I grabbed but his tone was not friendly at all! 1st time here and left a bad taste due to service.

I ordered a ham and Swiss and clearly wrote “please add 3 layers of cucumbers” and turns out they put 0 cucumbers. I’m very disappointed that I paid for an $8+ sandwich for them not to include the best part of the sandwich. Reading instructions can’t be that difficult, right? This is why I don’t order online and prefer to order in the store. I will not be ordering online here again.
I will say that the employees were friendly when we walked in. The potato soup was good. My boyfriend liked his Cuban sandwich.
