We had an amazing time at Chili’s! The food was delicious, came out quickly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.
Our servers, Ayushi and Winnie, were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our experience even better. They were both friendly, patient, and very professional.
A big thank you as well to the manager for running such a great team and making sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

Vilna, the waitress, did a great job as usual. She is very nice, and attentive. I love the fact that Chili’s has runners so the waitress doesn’t have to jump all over the place and get overwhelmed. Their food is very good.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Chili’s Plantation with the Manager Winnie, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Vilma! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her warm and professional service really stood out and made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
The restaurant itself was also great, clean, comfortable, and the food was delicious as always. From the appetizers to the entrees, everything came out fresh and flavorful. It’s definitely a great place to eat, whether you’re out with family or friends. Highly recommend, and if you get Vilma as your server, you’re in good hands!

This is THE BEST Chili’s this side of the 595! Why? Because GLENN! His margaritas made me feel like i was floating in island paradise! Then, he spoke my love language by bringing me, a certified pickle lover, a plethora of pickles! Way to make my day Glenn! See you soon Pickle Papi!

I am visiting from California and stopped in for the day, and this was hands down some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. My server, Glen, was outstanding. He was kind, patient, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. His drinks were amazing and made perfectly.
The manager, Winnie, was so sweet and welcoming, and Nyla, who is also a server, was equally kind and attentive. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for.
This experience really reminded me how rare great customer service has become. I wish we had more of this where I am from in California. I will absolutely be returning whenever I am back in the area.

Kate was an excellent server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be asking for Kate again next time we visit!

We always choose to come to this particular Chilli’s resraurant beacuse of as well we are treated here, specially the manager, always kindly asking how we feel and and she can serve. I would like to make some reviews about this restaurant Chillis, because this restaurant for me has many moments and memories that I always take with me when I come to eat and when I come to spend nice moments with my husband and I always leave happy, I can say with quality that the people who serve us have always been very kind and the food is spectacular. I would love to change the story on my first day of marriage so that it was my first restaurant where I went to Chillis, I can change it, but it really is my favorite restaurant and I want to give some attention to Kaltlin and my Miss Winnie. They served us and they have been very generous and very kind to us.
