We had a great time dining at this restaurant. We chose boththe bbq and hot pot, and the food variety was good with plenty of options to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious. Drinks were not included and there was no dessert so to us it is a bit pricey compared to other Japanese restaurants. However, the location and ambience really stood out. The place was lovely and truly captured an authentic Japanese vibe. The staff were very accommodating, especially Denise, who was incredibly kind and made sure all our orders were taken care of. Overall, it is a great place to gather with friends, especially during the holidays.

We visited Mogiya late at around 10:30 PM, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. They still allowed us to try the BBQ Wagyu Unlimited promo, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious, the quality was great, and the value for money is amazing. Big thanks to the whole team for welcoming us even late at night and giving us a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended! ✨

Good izakaya food and reasonably priced. The cocktails and highballs were great and again, very reasonably priced. Overall good place to visit when in al seef as there arent really any other good places to eat in the area. Soba was good and the drinks were great.
Ambiance and decor however feels like asking AI what a japanese resraurant should look like. Very cliche. But fun overall. Will come back again.

Foods are tasty and alot of variety from hotpot, yakiniku and side dishes! I love the sushi and sashimi, they are all fresh japanese vibe is authentic! Staffs are all accomodating and wear their sweetest smile all the time, especially Angelica . Definitely will come back to Mogiya.
