I absolutely love P.F. Chang’s, it’s truly one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently hot and delicious every single time we visit.
During our last few visits, our server Brendan took care of us, and he was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, attentive to our requests, kept our drinks refilled, and was so personable. He really made the entire experience that much better. If you’re visiting the Northlake location, definitely ask for Brendan…you won’t be disappointed!

We came in with friends and family and were seated by the window, which made for a really nice start to our visit. Natalya was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Even though I didn’t love my original meal, she quickly stepped in, recommended another option, and resolved the issue right away without hesitation.
All of the appetizers were incredible — we had the Dynamite Shrimp, spring rolls, and the shrimp fried dumplings. Natalya even added her own touch with the sauces, which made everything taste even better and really elevated the whole experience.
Her service, attention to detail, and positive energy truly enhanced the ambiance. She is a fantastic server — make sure to ask for Natalya when you visit. We will definitely be back!

I was really looking forward to this meal from P.F. Chang’s and upon taking it out of the bag it smelled really good. I ordered beef and chicken, fried rice and both the chicken and the beef was old and hard. The rice was tasty, but the meat was awful and it was almost $30. I tried to eat this but had to take out ALL of the meat. I threw half of it away. Here is a pic of all the old hard meat. So DISAPPOINTED

Tiffany and Niki both were amazing as they waited on us at the bar! It’s been a minute since my wife and I ate at this PF CHANG but we’ won’t hesitate to come back when this duo is working! They both were extremely professional, personable, efficient and their customer service was the best in the business by far. Tiffany gave me a great summary a new dish (Black Pepper Chicken) that was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this PF Chang restaurant, particularly if Tiffany or Niki are taking care of you! A great dinner night out!!!

I had trouble ordering my food online, so I called and was transferred to Mikey. He stayed on the phone and tried to walk me through the online ordering but I kept having issues with the check out- it would circle and then go back to the same total screen essentially freezing the page. He provided me so much relief when he offered to put the online order in for me and then even explained that he would drive my order to my home! What a Godsend he is. Thank you so much Mikey for being truly hospitable, polite and going above and beyond. You truly made an impression on me.
So far, I ate the house salad and part of the miso glazed salmon entree with broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, spinach and white rice. Very healthy. No heavy oils like other restaurants use. Very tasty and fresh ingredients. My experience so far has been wonderful.

We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by David. He was very professional and informative about the menu. He checked in with us throughout our stay. We did not have to look for him as he ensured that he came around to check in from time to time. He took notice of my husband’s hat and said “go panthers.” I thought that was a good way to end the evening. Great service!!
