Pho Huynh Sang is a nice, clean spot with friendly and quick service. The vegetarian noodle soup was flavorful and fresh, with a light broth that didn’t feel heavy. The rare steak pho had tender meat and a rich, comforting broth — classic and satisfying. The garlic noodles with shrimp were a standout — buttery, garlicky, and perfectly cooked shrimp. Overall, great flavors, generous portions, and a really pleasant place to eat.

Imperial spring rolls are very good and crunchy, it’s my favorite! The mango/apple salad came out fresh and cold, perfect! Pho with chicken thigh got perfect flavor. Our server was Le was really helpful and kind. We had the place to ourselves on a Friday afternoon and service was fast.

I have been three times, new order each time, blown away EVERY TIME. Everything about this place knocks me out of the park. The service is impeccable, caring, funny, sweet, attentive. Something deeply familial and relaxing about being in this restaurant…..The quiet relaxing ambiance, the interior design. And the food is just perfect. Seafood pho is god-tier and my favorite thing so far – can’t go wrong with veggie or tofu pho though. Spring rolls are great and fresh, mango salad slaps, want to be smothered in catfish claypot sauce.
Nothing like riding hawk hill or coming in from a freezing Baker beach dip to one of these red chairs and a hot bowl of broth.
Come here to heal. That is all my friends.

We stopped in on a Saturday at 2:50 pm – sign said closed at 3 pm, however, the server reassured us they would be open for another hour. We found our own seats and ordered pho and cafe sua. Both were delicious and filling. The server was very friendly and efficient. Would go again.

Their pho is not good. All sorts of bad. The kids kill pho and they didn’t get halfway through it. The beef rice plate was okay but hardly had beef. Their fried veggie rolls were the best part of the experience. If you want good pho, look elsewhere. It’s edible. If you’re hungry and can’t find anything else, you’ll be fine. But if you want to enjoy your food. Look elsewhere.

Everything was great except for the thin noodles. I don’t feel like I’m eating pho because it’s supposed to be the thick noodles not the thin noodles. I asked them and made sure that I wanted thick noodles multiple times but they still gave me the thin noodles. 🙁

Needing a quick tasty meal my friend and I decided on Pho Huynh Sang. The Fresh Shrimp Spring roll was indeed fresh. The beef pho we got was fine for my palate, but my daughter wanted it spicier and was able to add the heat. The atmosphere is bright and diner-like, but does not add to the dining experience.

The soup was very flavorful. The beef was nicely sliced and thin. The quality of beef was top notch and had great texture. The noodles were just a tad too hard — needed another minute or two to be al dente.

Great location for college students. Also the tea and juice choices are perfect for staying healthy on a budget. The place has home vibes. Sadly not the Instagram-able however you will feel as if needed to take a photo of the plate before.
