The ambience is amazing and so is the food. We had Truffle fries, Carrot Cake and some cutlets all were super delicious. Cakes on the display were so tempting, They had so many great options. A bit expensive but the food was worth it. Parking is ample.

The food was great, the service wasn’t however. There was food stuck to the inside of my water glass, one of the forks was bent and the other had a dried onion bit stuck to it. The place was packed and noisy. One of the appetizers was brought out incomplete and we had to send it back to get the bacon and sauce added to it. The server brought me a drink that was clearly not what I ordered, and she didn’t realize it until she was putting it on the table. Not the worst experience, but I will think twice before going here again.

Highly priced subpar food. Our server was excellent, the restaurant was clean. There are many things on the menu so I would assume many dishes are prepackaged. Which is fine, except for the price! We made reservations because this venue is so busy. It was my granddaughter’s 21st birthday and we had a nice celebration. I wish I would’ve gotten a Caesar salad instead of the orange chicken.

It’s amazing how the shift supervisor wasn’t flexible to allow us to eat our cake in the outdoor sitting area because we initially ordered our cake slices to eat while watching our bikes. We’d to cancel the order, find a server- he was ignorant of how we’d been treated by the shift supervision and he’s a breath of sanity, helped us to sit then we ordered through this amazing gal, indulged in our cakes while looking at our bikes, tipped our human server and left without having to deal with the shift guy. Delicious food! Of course, it started off with the amazing bread. I ordered the SkinnyLicious Lemon-Garlic Shrimp, and for dessert, the lemon raspberry cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend!

Decent casual place. The pizza was wet and soggy. Oh sorry flatbread. Calamari was not bad but the should have marinara rather than cocktail sauce.

First time in a while we visited Cheesecake. Stopped in on a weekend after shopping. Management, Dara, at the door was very welcoming and upbeat. It set a tone for an awesome experience. Our server, forgot his name, was a 11 year vet and was the best. Knew how to provide great service and make for good conversation. He answered all our needs, pre-bussed the table and was never overbearing. Kudos to him, for real!
Food was fresh and the hot food was hot and cold food cold. Best part was the salad plates were not warm from sitting in the window.
The only downside for me was the lack of GF items outside of a burger. I’ve had them prior BUT the buns fall apart easily.
You have sooooo many awesome dishes and there are such good GF options for pasta, soy sauce and marides to use with your menu items and cheesecake flavors.
Highly recommend and we will be back. Thanks again Cheescake for being consistent!

We went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch right at opening and had an amazing experience. We sat at the bar since it was just the two of us, and even though it was quiet, the staff was attentive and welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic for a chain, and the place was impressively clean. I overheard a thoughtful conversation between the manager and bartender about ways to improve service during busy times—it was great to see that kind of proactive teamwork in action. Whether you’re grabbing lunch before Puttshack or planning a dinner out, I’d absolutely recommend stopping by—just be sure to make a reservation during peak hours!

We arrived for dinner with friends, and we were satisfied with our time and meal. The bread & butter at the beginning amazed us and we asked for more! Excellent service, the waiter was really nice.
The food was delicious, The Carne asada steak was amazing!!! I’d definitely order again. We had also had mushroom burger which was good. Overall this branch never disappointed us, it was a great experience and highly recommend it!

I never write bad reviews, but this recent experience warrant’s one. I made reservations a week prior for a party of 9. Two days before our reservation I called to confirm ( reservation was for Wednesday 1/7/26) I also mentioned when booking this was my son’s 8th bday. I arrive and the hostess tells me “your party is in the back” without showing us where to go or escorting us to our seats I make my way and the party that was seated was not ours. I return to the hostess letting her know that wasn’t our party and she confirmed my number and said” yup that’s your party” I asked her to walk us over and she did, again I say that is not our group. They scrambled to put together a table for us pushing small tables together creating an uncomfortable and tight seating arrangement. We finally sit and our waitress could not have treated us with more contempt. when given our drinks my grandmother asks for a straw and our waitress replies harshly ” if you want a straw you need to ask for one!” When we ordered our dessert, I reminded the waitress it is my son’s birthday, just expecting a candle on his dessert ( like I saw other tables receive) the waitress didn’t even acknowledge my comment and brings desserts sans candle. No offer of apologizes from any staff! I will never return to this establishment knowing they are incapable of securing reservations and for the overall customer service experience. I did leave a complaint on there website and hopefully they can ensure better service for other people going forward, but I will not take that chance again. There are so many wonderful establishments out there to deal with subpar service.
