Visiting from out of town on Valentines day and managed to get a table with very little wait. We shared a 32 oz house margarita that had us singing Margaritaville. We decided on the ceviche for an appetizer and it was absolutely delicious and would have been enough for us both for dinner. If we had known how amazing and how much ceviche was served we probably wouldn’t have ordered anything else but we were glad we did. For the main course we had the Parillada Chapina for Two and it was simply divine. The tortillas were fresh and definitely the best I ever had. The food was plentiful as we had enough to enjoy it for lunch the next day. The service was prompt, professional and personable. Thank you Mayan Kitchen for an amazing meal and evening.

The Mayan Kitchen!!!! My love and I walked in on Valentines Day just to enjoy a drink and appetizer before a night out in the town! We walked in and were immediately allowed into the loaded bar area with the equipment, bar tenders, and vibes to accommodate ANY request your mind can think of or tiktok recommend haha. What a delicious Marg and Sangria-Ginger syrup mix! The shredded chicken loaded nachos were also the TALK of our visit to the Mayan Kitchen. They were well served, tasty, and so flavorful. I cannot recommend this tasty, sleek, authentic spot enough! We appreciate the hospitality and smiles we were met with our whole time. Cheers, and hope to visit again soon!

My man says it’s the best ACP in the city. He is quite particular. I’m a vegetarian and also pleased with my choices-most often PUPUSAS! They have a nice bar area too, so if you’re just looking for drinks downtown, it’s a great location to stop by. Beautiful ambience -Upscale but also comfortably casual.

If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience in Chattanooga after an exciting soccer game, look no further than Mayan Kitchen! This gem offers great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional service that truly enhances your visit.
Every dish we ordered was absolutely amazing—we literally cleaned our plates because the flavors were so on point! The drink selection was just as impressive, perfectly complementing our meals. Plus, it’s a family-friendly spot that makes everyone feel welcome.
With its awesome location and unbeatable vibe, Mayan Kitchen is definitely worth checking out.

Overall ok. Chimichunga was good, guacamole would be a nice addition. The atmosphere and service was great for a take out order. The less stars come from the bread pudding…it looked like a scoop of tunafish and the texture was like it had been through a blender. It was cold also. Most other bread puddings I have experienced are warmed.
Good main dish…pass on the sweets.

Chase was a rock star. Per usual I was sitting at the bar as a single dinner. From the moment I sat down at the bar I knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary night out. Chase’s skill as a mixologist is absolutely top shelf. I was slow on the video, but the smoked old fashioned with tequila instead of bourbon blew my mind.
You can see his passion in every detail, from his knowledge of ingredients to the way he layers flavors in a cocktail. Each drink he crafted was balanced, creative, and perfectly executed. Watching him work was like watching an artist at the peak of his craft.
For my entrée, I went with the Hangar Steak Tikal, and it could not have been cooked more perfectly! Charred to a deep amoky crust on the outside and nearly raw in the center, exactly as I ordered. The flavor was bold yet refined, with a seasoning blend that enhanced rather than overpowered the meat. And then there was the chimichurri; it’s fresh, vibrant, and utterly addictive flavor enhanced every part of the entire board. The balance of fresh herbs, garlic, and just the right acidity tied every bite together. It wasn’t just a garnish; it was an essential part of the dish, elevating the steak, potatoes, and vegetables, from excellent to unforgettable.
I also tried the queso dip, a rich and flavorful blend of steak, chicken, and chorizo in creamy cheese. It was so good I wished I’d had more time to enjoy it, but my entrée stole my full attention.
The meal, the atmosphere, and Chase’s hospitality made it memorable enough that I’m already returning tomorrow with my son and his new roommates to celebrate his move into college

The food, service, and ambiance was excellent!! 10/10 experience. The menu was a bit pricey but the portions are large so you could split a meal or take leftovers for the next day. I loved the ceviche!

Overall very positive experience with an emphasis on satisfying and also creative food. Two of us had the hanger steak. No idea what the name means, but it was good and generous. The taco salad was good as well though a bit more ordinary.
