this was my first time at the bungalow bowl as well as getting an açai bowl, it was phenomenal. i ordered the santeria bowl was so delicious and my friend got the original which was just as good. the fruit was so fresh, the granola was deliciously yummy, and the açaí blend was refreshing satisfying and so delicious. definitely hit the spot and will go again next time we’re at the shore house in ocnj xo thank you bungalow bowl

The staff were very friendly. Acai bowls are delicious. Love going here! Plus, it’s less busy than their other location on the boardwalk, and more convenient to park.

Blue Majik bowl was colorful, sweet, and had fresh and ripe fruit on top. Employees were a little slow and inefficient. Definitely one of the best fruit bowls in ocean city!

Lovely bowls here! Such fresh fruit and a great portion, too. Delicious flavors and large variety. Customer service was good and employees were nice. Would recommend- slightly pricey but for fresh fruit it’s worth it! Lots of seating areas even on a crowded day.

Needed a quick bite for breakfast and decided to go to Bungalow Bowls in OCNJ. A corner location, you can’t “eat in” but you can sit outside on benches if you’d like. (Don’t be surprised if you see the store “front” and think it looks to be closed-it’s NOT! Go around to the side window & you’ll be able to place your order!) I am allergic to diary, and I made that known, so I was trying to choose something that was right for me. The staff was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I have had their bowls before and was very happy. This time, I went with a smoothie & added peanut butter…which I think made it too thick. Beyond being thick, it was very gummy, which I think was more than just the addition of the peanut butter. I really think it was the protein powder. I’m not a fan. I also tried one of their toasts. Wow! Now this? Very good. The bread was something far better than your average, store-bought product. They said it’s homemade & that they get it in daily. You can tell! The almond butter was okay, and it was topped with blueberries & banana slices, which were fresh. Overall if you are looking for a great smoothie or bowl, I highly recommend Bungalow Bowls!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They have a great selection on the menu and I can honestly say that I have tried nearly everything and loved it. Friendly staff and great experience every time. My favorite is the Green Girls topped with banana, mango, pineapple and honey drizzle. Give them a try and you won’t stop coming back!

We’ve been loyal Bungalow Bowls customers for years and used to look forward to our weekly visits—it was a go-to spot for us. But lately, the quality has really gone downhill. The mini bowl size has been cut nearly in half, which feels like we’re paying the same for way less.
Worse than that, they’ve started piling on an excessive, almost sickening amount of peanut butter and Nutella. It completely overpowers the bowl and ruins the flavor. We’ve actually had to scoop off the thick layer and toss it straight into the trash just to make it edible. That’s not something we should have to do.
Even the Outta Control bowl, which used to be a favorite, has been off—the ratio of strawberries to bananas is all over the place. It’s frustrating when a place you loved starts cutting corners. Bungalow really needs to step it up and bring back the quality that made them great in the first place.
