When I was ordering, the drive-through person seemed either sick or just tired of her job the food tasted really greasy or like it was fried and old oil and I didn’t find a signature taste. As this was my first time coming, I said I will try something different on the menu. I had a surf and turf this time and I was not impressed.

The food was delicious, I tried the Kickin Chicken sandwich and loved it. It definitely goes on the repeat menu. The real value was the service, it was friendly, with smiles and sincerity. The team makes you feel like an individual that they want to make happy and not just like someone passing through. I would eat there for the service alone. Thanks for a great Mel and a great visit. I highly recommend this location.

Easy to order ahead with mobile app. Awesome Coca Cola Freestyle drink options. Costumer service was top notch and the food was fresh and delicious. Updated visit: Got the new spicy chicken sandwich with some fries, side of fried cheese balls and an order of chicken strips just because. The new sandwich was really good. The recent battle of the chicken sandwich has really gotten every competitor to step up their game.

satisfies my buffalo wing craving when I don’t particularly feel like going to a sit-down restaurant. I have eaten here several times. I find the consistency of the wings can vary. On my most recent visit, the wings were small and they tasted overcooked. They had plenty of sauce. The fries and toast were good. The ice machine was not working for drinks in the seating area. You had to get ice from the drive-thru machine. The staff was friendly.

While in Baton rouge I decided to visit one of the zaxbys here. Apparently this is one of the best stores in the district based on the awards they have behind the counter (depicted)
I decided to try a few other menu items. Few different sauces this time. Unfortunately this location was out of peach tea .
Other than that experience was pretty similar to the location in Biloxi area. (reviewed)
Food was promptly given. The zax nibblers are terrific and should be added to any normal order! It may not look like much but you’ll nibble on it and wish u had more.
Atmosphere is similar to the other location. Decor is identical so it must be a corporation thing. Store was clean and staff friendly.
A much better experience and value than Raising canes. More variety and much better pricing. Just wish there was a location closer than an Hour away….

I placed an online order and went through the drive thru. they told me my food would be ready in 3 minutes and to pull to the curbside parking spot. I waited over 15 minutes so I walked in and asked where was my food. Comes to find out my food was sitting on the pickup rack COLD! Nobody said sorry or anything act like they were slow. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
