Welp, first time customer. Will not be returning. Our server was rude to me, didn’t even make eye contact and every thing I said felt like a burden on her. The food was bland and tasted and had the texture of being microwaved. Just felt like a complete waste of money and we ended up just going to a Wendy’s immediately after. Our kids didn’t even touch their fries or chicken.

The Sunday buffet would score a higher rating for me if the chicken was served hot. Instead it was pre-cooked, stored and stocked at room temperature. Service was OK, hostess wasn’t friendly but waitress was. Morale seems low overall. Love their rolls. Great parking options around back for larger vehicles.

It has been a very long time since stopping in at Smith’s. The food was fantastic! The portions are crazy!!!! The staff was on point…and they were busy with our group. There were around 20 of us. The appetizers came put quickly and the food followed shortly thereafter. Everything was really good! Great service as well.

Let’s start with the good. The waitress was very friendly and patient. She was genuinely the best part of our family lunch when we went. The person who took our money seemed like she was put off by having to speak to people though.
Atmosphere is very basic, a combination of old and new business signs hanging on the walls. It wasn’t really inviting but it was very clean.
The good was where this place fell off completely. Cole slaw was basically a cup of mayonnaise with some shreds of cabbage in there. The potatoes tasted like they were from a box. I had what is claimed to be their specialty, the pork tenderloin. The pork was tough and chewy, the breading was too think and just tasted like pepper and the gravy was very salty. My wife got the roast beef which was also tough and chewy with overly salty gravy.

Our server was great. Our Reuben sandwiches were toasted to the point of being burnt, but our server did offer to make it right and they usually taste amazing! The fries were amazing and if you like fried mushrooms you should order these!
On another note, the ladies restroom was COLD and the hand dryer was installed WAY TOO HIGH! not low enough for kids to dry their hands and no paper towels. Water is only cold too but there is soap

This Alabama girl felt at home in this wonderful restaurant. The rustic decor, the case with homemade pies that greeted you when you enter and then a wonderful bacon cheeseburger and fries! I wanted to order one if their wonderful desserts, but was so full. The service was excellent and friendly staff!

Food was pretty good, has potential to be much better. Breading needs flavor, salt at least in multiple items. Portions big. Didn’t feel very welcomed. A simple hello or thanks for coming in would have gone a long ways. Not the first time that service has been unfriendly but younger and old servers. Not much heart for a family place.

I used to love their chicken quesidilla but now I can’t even eat it after they changed it to an appetizer for the same price/half the size/and no salad. SO FULL OF GREASE!! Look at how claried n thick the grease is?!?! Also asked for no olives and there are olives……
