Service was absolutely horrible, worse McDonald’s I have been to. If the team has an RBF and doesn’t like working then they should quit. Not my fault they forgot my milk , apple juice and toys for my happy meals, 2 apple pies, made my fudge sundae caramel instead of fudge, forgot creamers and sugars for my 3 coffees ordered. Definitely needs new management to run a smooth and effective crew.

$2.13 for a large water cup. & iced coffee is very white today not dark enough. Mobile ordering was out of stock on most coffees.
Edit 1 month later: Mobile App says this store closed at 4AM. The employee says their system is down.
Edit 4 days later on March 4, 2026 @ 3:45 AM: I placed a mobile order for coffee and no one spoke to me at drive-thru speaker. I canceled my order and went to a different store. This place is unreliable between 3:30AM-4:30AM Report this location to corporate.

stopped by the drive thru around 1:10am to grab a quick meal, a $5 McChicken Meal, the young man answered quickly and was nice. He sounded like someone who makes sure things run smoothly and he did exactly that! After paying for my order at the 1st window, he thanked us and told us to have a good night, I did the same. At the 2nd window, a young lady answered and was just as nice, she kindly asked us to pull as my food was being made fresh. It was only about a 5 min wait but it was worth it! She handled everything with care and thanked us for waiting. Hot fresh food and an ice cold drink, great staff, good environment minus a homeless man hanging around (there’s nothing they can do about it I’m aware).

Service was provided through drive through. It was speedy and they were nice enough; the issue is quality of service. The order was missing two items and when the items were proved, one of them was wrong.

There’s nothing bad to be said about the service at this location…. BUT!! There is a problem, They have a Junkie Issue, they use to just stand at the end of the drive thru and ask for your spare change, NOW! they are extremely bold walking directly up to the customers vehicles. Especially if they see an open window.. That is scary. I went 10/29/25 around 6:30am coming off a night shift.. Guy tries to approach my car, I rolled up my window saying No!
I Ordered and proceeded to the check out window, and Again same guy, I got upset and said don’t come any closer. By this time I had let the windows back down to pay, he scared me so bad, my purse and phone were on my passenger seat he’s aggressively approaching, so I try to close my windows, causing me to lose my debit card as it just flew out of my hand, I couldn’t feel it. I had to cancel the order, leave drive thru, Park, Get Out to find the card, and as I was doing so. Guess who shows up again!! Trying to ask me for money while eyeing my open door.
I said I’m calling the police because you don’t get it… His Pissy reply was called them Britch…
Neither The Customers nor Those hard working employees deserve this. The young man in drive thru did try to assist by asking him not to bother the customers.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a really long time the people that work you really go out of their way for you to cash your Anna she’s the best and there’s another lady that works in the back she’s a really short she is a Spanish girl and she goes out of her way she makes the best iced caramel macchiatos which made the best ones I’ve ever had if you want a good McDonald’s to go to and this is your place I only have to say hands down there’s no such thing as a five-star review when it comes to this place it’s a 20 plus plus plus

I made an order through the mobile app, redeeming an offer. Upon arriving to this location I provided my voice code, to which I was asked if my name was… to which I stated yes and was then told they didn’t get my order. I explained in the drive thru, I didn’t have any notifications of the order being canceled in the app and confirmed the address of the location showing in my app (mind you they gave my name without me saying it). I opted to come inside to show them my app and order details. After speaking with a young lady, showing her my phone, she proceeded to get a manager who’s name is Paula. Paula came to the front asking who had the issue showing me her phone with a picture saying they didn’t get my order, at first, not asking anything from me just automatically on the defense. I asked well what am I supposed to do because my app says they had it, how can this be resolved. She told me to go through the app and walked off. Which irritated me because it was like she had no care to addresss the issue. None the less, I clicked “Help” under the order details and found the section that states for issues with a Mobile Pay order contact the restaurant. I ask a young man to have her come back to the front because the app she told me to use says I needed to address the issue with the restaurant not the app. After brief conversation she asked for my order and said she’ll just ring it up. The offer in my app was for apprx. $21. On the register the same meal rang up to $27.95 to which she stated she could give me that much food because it was like $40 worth of food. I looked at the register and told her $27/$28 is no where near $40 worth of food. Either way, I’d paid $21(with tax) for my food and its not my fault there’s an issue with their system. We exchanged additional dialogue, where I informed her she isn’t giving me a handout or anything for free I paid for the food. She told me she wasn’t giving me the food, did not offer any other solutions for how to fix the issue and walked off. The was by far the worst experience I have ever had as a paying customer. I had no issues with the my interactions of the entry level staff ONLY the manager Paula. This is a teachable moment on learning how to rectify issues within the app as it pertains to mobile pay orders and app exclusive offers that encounter issues and are no fault to the customer. We as customers do not work for Mc Donald’s and while Mc Donald’s is an large company and they aren’t expected to know the everything, this would have been the perfect opportunity to learn how to handle an issue as such instead of simply dismissing a customer.

This place is the best when it comes to not putting all the items in your bag that you ordered. I think McDonald’s need to make sure there employees know how to read because at this point I don’t think the persons who bags the delivery items can read.

Firstly I appreciate the fact that I was able to get food on 25th which is a holiday and everyone should be able to enjoy time with their families. But the service was terrible, we ordered drive-through and had to go back 3 times because they didn’t filled our order correctly.
