I stopped here to grab a coffee and have a quick meeting while traveling. Unfortunately, the music in the lounge area was extremely loud. I noticed another guest who had brought his laptop to work ended up leaving as well, likely for the same reason. I asked the staff if they could lower the volume, but they replied, “I don’t think we can,” and continued on without addressing the issue. This is a café with Wi-Fi meant for people to relax or get some work done. Rated a 2 because at least the coffee was consistent to other Dunkin’s.

Quite frequently i order on the go the previous night before work because I have such an early work start and my sister grabs it before she grabs me today was the same. I get a phone call from her asking if I ordered from this dunking I said yes pulled up my app it said it was ready and paid for rhe woman working inside for the drive thru was arguing with my sister yelling and then IGNORED HER WHEN SHE WAS TALKING TO HER. Telling her the order wasn’t there. It turned out the order was there sitting on the counter and the cashier didn’t look and argued with my sister for no reason it was ignoring her being extremely unprofessional and rude for no reason you don’t get to act like this when you work with the public, I worked at Dunkin for 4 1/2 years And never once did I ignore a customer that was talking to me. It’s disgusting behavior and the fact that I know that a manager was there, and this was allowed to happen is appalling. I’ll be calling the proper offices.

I ordered through the app. Fast and friendly through the drive through. A pet peeve, but also safety concern, seen employee at window handle cash and food with same gloves on and wear same gloves for multiple orders. Glad I didn’t order food this time. Four or more employees were sitting outside the back of the store smoking and talking loudly. My coffee was made as ordered on the app.

Ordered ahead for a xlarge coffee, accidentally hit 1st Street Oswego, instead of 1st Street Fulton, he asked to see my order and said I had to go to Oswego to get my coffee, your all Dunkin, why he couldn’t just honor my order idk, anyhow I said ok I’ll just reorder my coffee for here, he said can you take a lap around the building, mind you there was no one behind us, so when we got back to the window I asked him what was the reason for that since there was nobody behind us waiting, he said, it taking up his time, and then laughed , really poor customer service, and all for just a cup of coffee, that I always get on a regular basis.

930 am on a sunday july 6th we walk in to get our dunkin before church. The lady makes the sandwitch wrong 3 times argues with my wife about it gives us the wrong coffee, and when i call to tell them they let the phone ring then take it off the hook. Lol someone give me chain owners number.

No hair nets, no gloves, hair in food! Just left there less than 10 minutes sandwiches were cold and hair in it. Paid 13 dollars for food that was not even right. Disgusting!

They are a great store, good customer service, employees are always welcoming and nice, the only bad thing is if they don’t have a donut sometimes they will just not give you one. There’s only certain employees that will do this. Other than that the place is great, there are a few regulars that are there which are really helpful, respectful and are really nice. The food is always fresh, the coffee is always good as well.
