I’m conflicted here
The place is absolutely clean. Nice vibe. But the cooks , both of them used no gloves. They touched the food constantly with their bare hands. Both the uncooked food and the just grilled food. For instance, the man that was boxing about 5 or more burritos using what looked like ground beef, was using his fingers to spread the meat on the burritos. He also handled the tickets with the written orders ( read them, rearranged them down further ) then put his hands right back on the burritos and the meats . They both left the counter at some point yo get more of stock ( maybe onions ?) But came right back and never washed their hands in any way and went right back to cooking the food. This place is a germ and bacteria resort . If you have any any food allergies , this is not yr spot . They are nice but wow . And be sure to ask for salt and pepper because mine was bland. The eggs cooked hard .The fries could have cooked a little more to some shade of brown as you can see as well. I will not be going back. The parking lot is nice and big. Clean outdoor area to sit in and watch traffic as you eat . The workers just need some lessons on food safety and some gloves . I just cant see handling all that bare handed . Sonic breakfast burritos , I should have never left you ….

The green salsa was fresh and tasty. I got a burrito with eggs, potatoes, bacon and cheese. It was delicious!

We go through Brownwood when traveling to the panhandle and never stopped for breakfast until recently. Wow!!! Food actually had flavor, most places lack even putting a little salt and pepper…. Spicy potatoes were amazing. We found our place to stop from now on.

Recently stopped here for breakfast with my brother and nephews.

They offered great selection of tacos with all the expected filling options along with a nice menu of other items.

Brother had the migas with corn tortillas and he really enjoyed them. The nephews and I had breakfast tacos with ham, egg and cheese. Flour tortillas were homemade with the perfect fluffy texture! Eggs were freshly
Scrambled and delicious and accented with tasty ham and white cheese!

They also offer bottle coke from Mexico (with cane sugar!)

Seating inside and out, kid friendly, and friendly, fast service.

We will be back!

Food was fresh and very flavorful. The asada meat was very tender and the pastor meat was seasoned very well. I ate the street tacos and found a great flavor. The inside seating is very limited. The outside seating was nice and shaded, not too bad if the weather is decent. The salsas were flavorful, but most are pretty hot for my mild tongue.

Great tasting barbacoa, al pastor, and beef tacos. I’ve included a pic of what was left of my barbacoa plate after I already ate 3 tacos.. definitely large portions.

People are friendly, place was clean, and excellent value on the food. Only knock on atmosphere was the loud sounds from the fans.

In summary, great place to stop.

Food is good but a lot of times they get the order wrong. Spicy potatoes vs non spicy potatoes is a huge difference… their prices have also gone up to a ridiculous amount for a burrito… like seriously 7 bucks for a burrito is crazy

I’ve only been once and I got a bacon and bean burrito. It was pretty good but not for $9. The top of the burrito was loaded with bacon and the rest of the burrito didn’t really have any. The lady at the window was extremely rude. Being our first time we asked what kind of salsa they had and she just walked away without saying anything, handed us the green sauce said “we only have green and red” and shut the window in our faces. The entire interaction she was like that. Like she couldn’t be bothered with what we had to say even though we’re literally there to buy their food? Happy Mother’s Day to whoever you are. Hope your day gets better but I won’t be wasting my money on your crappy service and over priced food. Juniors in Comanche is cheaper, burritos are bigger and loaded with the meat you choose, and they’re not hateful to their customers.

Good place for breakfast tacos or plates. If you plan on eating inside just know it’s a little warm but they have fans circulating the air so it helps.
