Absolutely TERRIBLE experience via doordash. I just dont understand how you have customers pay for your food and you REFUSE to put those said items IN THE BAG. Paid for a supreme luxe box and literally did not receive the beefy 5 layer burrito at all. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. Please do better as a staff and as a whole, that is truly just carelessness

This place has gotten so much worse. And super slow! And getting my order wrong every time. Or is it just me? They put a normal taco on my Doritos locos taco! And the people are so dull and they could care less about how they are talking to you or treating you. The main reason I rarely go here any more.

Waited in drive thru line 30 mins to be charged for my order just to be told they don’t have what I ordered. This could have been communicated before they charged my card for my order considering the fact I waited in line 30 minutes before getting to the window after ordering.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give this place no stars. Every time I come it’s disappointing. Management is god awfully rude. Did a mobile order sat there forever never got it and ended up walking out to go somewhere else. This other Lady walked out with a refund as well because she had to wait forever and never got it. The manager didn’t even bother to address your concerns. In fact, she wouldn’t even look your way or give you a smile or anything.. so without anybody helping me after I called for them multiple times I ended up leaving. I will not be returning to this location. I’ve never seen employees in management treat their paying customer so bad!

Everything I ordered was horrible, quesadillas stuck to wrappers so most of tortilla was on wrapper. Cantina chicken taco was soggy and hardly any meat. Crunchwrap was inedible. Hard tacos also soggy. I will never go back here! Also customer service is atrocious

Honestly, I have not had customer service this bad.In a really long time, the lady would not listen to me.Kept asking me to repeat myself on my order.And I did, and was very polite.The entire time.
I was giving my food through the drive through.Thank god I checked my bag before I left.Because not only was the order just wrong that they gave me, but I was missing several items.They were not busy whatsoever, it was not a big deal to anybody.
The first lady I asked for my money back here.Come a second lady that was highly uneducated.Just like the first lady could care less about her job literally laughed at me when I asked for my money back.
Then, here come the third lady.That also was trying to get me to just complete the order.Or tell them what they did wrong.But i’m like, the order is on the bag.None of these are the correct items.It’s missing several items.I had two quesadillas.You only gave me one I had three tacos.You only gave me two tacos.None of them are beef. The two tacos were chicken, so obviously employees non listening non caring.Not reading the tickets, which is what made me say uneducated. So I had to ask her three times to please give me my money back.The fact that the second employee laughed at me.Trying to be rude like do better in life, sweetie.Seriously you are a joke.
And thanks to all of that, I was also late picking up my children from school, something that should have only taken a few minutes took twenty five.
If you hate your job, please look for another one.You’re the one that applied for this place and started working there.There is no reason to be this ridiculous.And rude.

Went to this establishment and first off I inquired about an item that was on the menu only to be informed that they no longer had it. So my question was why is it still showing on the menu. So then we received our food. I ordered everything with no lettuce, tomato or sour cream. They put sour cream on one of our items. So we drove back through the line and informed them of the error. I can only assume the employee making the food questioned if the item was ordered that way. We then took the sticker off the bag and handed it to the young lady that was at the window. She attempted to hand it to the person making the food, but they declined it because the young lady put the sticker somewhere close to the register. We then go out item and they put tomatoes on it this time. So in an effort to avoid a confrontation with the cook we simply went back through the line and I ordered a different item. We ordered the items and once again asked for no sour cream or lettuce on them. The young lady at the window did not mark them as no lettuce so the cook then piled the lettuce on the items. I did not wish to go back through the line and drive thru so we simply went home dissatisfied. I understand that working in the food industry can be difficult sometimes, but all it really takes is a listening ear and a positive attitude and it can turn customers entire experience around. I am not sure I would even go back to this location. I may end up driving the 30 minutes it takes to get to the one in Conyers from my house from now on.
