this was my first time at the establishment, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. the atmosphere was stunning, our server , mel was absolutely incredible , very friendly and outgoing. the food was out of this world !!! so many options to choose from , definitely something for everyone, i will 100% revisit this place 🙂

We had an amazing experience! The Asian dry rub ribs were absolutely incredible — perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and fall-off-the-bone tender.
The service was outstanding thanks to Michelle, who made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. And the bartender went above and beyond by creating a special cocktail just for us — creative, delicious, and such a nice personal touch.

This was our first time at a P.F. Chang’s and it did NOT disappoint. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were incredible!! The highlight of our experience was Mel, our server. She was phenomenal!! The manager was also very nice and made sure we were happy with our experience before we left. We will definitely be back soon!!

Absolutely wonderful! We went on Valentines Day during the dinner rush and our server Laney was amazing! She was attentive and knowledgeable despite her many tables and the food was amazing. The Crispy Honey Chicken was to die for and we literally drank the dumpling sauce through a straw. New York Style Cheesecake was extremely creamy with a great flavor, the only issue is that it was partially frozen and a bit difficult to eat. All around wonderful experience. For sure going back!

We had a fantastic dinner! The food was great, but Holly made the evening truly special. She was incredibly friendly and outgoing, welcoming us the moment we sat down. Despite how busy the restaurant was, she was super-efficient. Our drinks never sat empty, and she paced the meal perfectly. We always get the fried green beans appetizer. This year we went with 2 orders! Yum!!! My husband chose the beef bao buns and pork dumplings that he enjoyed. Our family of four comes back every year to celebrate our son’s birthday. It was a wonderful evening!

Went for Valentine’s Day. Had reservations and they sat us in the bar area. Brought 3 courses at one time. Food was just ok. Didn’t get much attention from our server as he was also tending the bar. Wasn’t impressed, can’t see myself going back. Parking is also a nightmare

What happened to P.F. Chang’s at Biltmore Park Town Square? This location has truly gone downhill. I hadn’t visited since 2019 and recently started coming back to the area. At first, I thought maybe the restaurant was just having an off day, but after visiting two more times, it has only gotten worse each time.
The restrooms are filthy, the smell of sewer is unbearable, and the sticky floors throughout the restaurant make it feel poorly maintained. Honestly, a place in this location should live up to higher standards. P.F. Chang’s corporate really needs to step in because this location is not keeping up.
On a positive note, the staff is always friendly, but the food is just mediocre at best.
