I have an amazing experience at this Outback Steakhouse. My server/bartender was Nikki. She is a very seasoned and amazing example of customer service. I asked her what steak would she recommend and I took her recommendation and was not disappointed! The Delmonico Ribeye with a baked potato and a huge serving of Asparagus was delicious. The 15oz steak which she highly recommended seemed like a hidden filet. The filet minion is only 6 Oz and the delmonico was 2 and half times more steak i ordered it medium to medium rare. Great value and very flavorful. The servers were very attentive and polite. Great experience all around! Way to go staff!

The food was just… *pauses as I write this and ascend to heaven after tasting good food. Once up there, I look around* Uhm… well anyways. If you’re wondering, this means the food is so good that I died from Delicious food. Ok so before I pass out again from how good this restaurant is, the service was phenomenal and very very sweet, our waitress was Nicki and I feel like she should be manager or something cause she does a real good job at remembering my drink even with many tables and drinks that she makes, give credit to her please. Lastly, the atmosphere was calming and music was perfect for the air, clean place, and very low on people which made this so easy for seating and stuff so credit to that as well. *looks around still realizing I’m in heaven and not going back* so uhm, while I’m up here, if your interested in a great steak place in Cincinnati, Ohio; this place is the #1 for anyone into steak and I really suggest coming here again. Thank you!

Food is great but they really need to do something about the takeout/door dash pickup door. The wind gusts from that are miserable if you are anywhere around it. They open that door every couple of minutes too, so it’s not like it’s an uncommon occurrence. It’s so cold. They need a air curtain/cushion blowing hot air down near the door or a second door to create a breezeway to stop the air gusts. That is such a bad design.

I visited last Friday evening with my children and 2 Lil GRANDgirls and our server was nothing less than AMAZING. His customer service etiquette was EXEMPLARY and he went above and beyond to accommodate and serve us. He was not only professional in his demeanor but with his attire as well.

Service and food sucks. Had to wait 25 minutes for drinks. Filet was gamey, tough and cold. Salad wedge was good, but gave us spicy ranch instead of regular ranch. Potato was weak for being loaded. Lobster was tough and fishy. No butter, no straws, no bread plates. Ethan- server needs to consider a new line of work. Del Monica steak was mostly fat. Is Ponderosa still around? F-

I travel a lot for work and usually don’t mind grabbing dinner at the bar, but tonight’s experience at this Outback Steakhouse was disappointing because of the bartender. They forgot my salad completely and never even asked if I still wanted it. It still ended up on my bill (which is fine), but the service overall was short, unfriendly, and honestly just rude.
If you don’t want to be in customer service, then don’t be.
That said, the food was good, and I’d eat here again if I’m back in the area but I’ll be avoiding the bar at all costs.

Waited 90 minutes for food and food appeared after complaining. …..steak was cold. Asked for no seasoning on steak. So spicy couldn’t eat it. Entrees were brought out sporadically so some people were half done before others were even served. “Premium” Mac and cheese was very dry and tasteless. However crumbs on top were extreme spicy. Cheesecake was frozen you couldn’t even take a bite. Child’s ice cream served in hot bowl so melted in to soup before it could even be eaten. Worst dinner ever. Will not return. Telling everyone to avoid this place !! I would not trade 1 Texas Roadhouse meal for 10 at this place. Very disappointing expecting for the price !!!

I went to the Tri-County location on Saturday, December 20, 2025. The wait time was a little long. I ordered salmon, cesar salad, and a baked sweet potato. Before placing the order, I asked the waitress what size portion is the Salmon. She said 8-10 ounces with 2 side items at $30. Once my food was delivered, the first thing I noticed was the portion size. The sweet potato was small enough for a toddler to eat. The Salmon was small as well. The salad was plenty. The meal was delicious, just the portion. I addressed it with the waitress and asked to speak with the manager. The manager said that he would minor adjustnents to the bill. He took off $2.00. Once tax was included, the meal was over $30.00 including tip a figured in.
The waitress thought she was being slick, by including a 20% tip at checkout that I refuse to accept. Then she clicked on 18% but hadn’t mentioned anything about the customize button which doesn’t include a percentage for a tip. She had to step away after totalling up my bill and said she would return once I accepted the charge. However, I waited until she returned and told her that I was not including a tip and didn’t accept the charges. That’s when she mentioned that I could press the “customize button” which doesn’t include a tip. I don’t think most customers are aware of the customize button, and that they don’t have to accept a tip figured into a bill if they are not satisfied with the service.
The waitress must have taken me for a fool or thought that I was naive. In addition, she nor the manager hadn’t given me the new receipt with the minor adjustnents to the bill until I continued to press the issue. I waited 15 minutes to check out or longer. The manager was talking to another customer and wouldn’t turn around until I had to call out and get his attention after taking the survey. Just making sure that I completed the survey correctly.

So I’ve been coming here for yeeeears for dinners and in all of that time hadn’t ever been there for lunch… But that’s finally changed! I’m late in posting this so it was a couple weeks ago now but the lunch specials are pretty perfect in my opinion and the meal was so good I’m still thinking about it lol. Definitely coming back again soon! And one more note.. Everyone was so nice, which is something that I always pay attention to.

I hadn’t been to an Outback for a few years. We visited early on a Saturday for lunch. Nathan was awesome! He really knew the menu and made us feel welcome. He was very personable and always had a smile on his face. Thanks for a great lunch, Nathan! I’ll definitely be back!
