They had such a long line. I love me some hibachi so I wanted to see the hype. I got me the steak and shrimp combo for $20. It was so good I got in line again. The guy also remembered my name. Which to me is great customer service. Because there was so many people you remember me.
However something about the rice I would change. Maybe more garlic butter or a different fried rice in general. Other than that. Perfect. The yum yum is homemade and that really set it off!!! Cant wait to try them again

This hibachi food truck is absolutely ! Owner and amazing chef Ice is a total master behind the grill — his chicken teriyaki is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled, juicy chicken bursting with that sweet-savory teriyaki flavor, cooked fresh with incredible hibachi flair. The energy, the portion size, the taste… everything is spot-on! Ice clearly pours his passion into every dish. If you’re in the area, this is a must-try — I’ll be back for more every chance I get! Highly recommend the chicken teriyaki — you won’t find better!

We recently had Dr. Hibachi for a private event. The food and service is excellent. I will be going there today as a customer for the first time. Portions are very generous. We ended up going there yesterday afternoon and it was just as good. The scallops and steak combo is the way to go.

The food was great, the amount of protein in it is spectacular. I was expecting waaaaay more rice than chicken but it was very generous. And the chicken was amazing. A plus side is it wasn’t insanely salty like 98% of the other hibachi places.

In running errands with my kids, we discovered Dr Hibachi food truck in Fairlawn today! There was a line but it moved fast and our order was filled quickly too. The food was phenomenal! And the portions were large. Excellent discovery!

Got the chicken entree for lunch when the truck was at Fort Huntington Park across the street from the Cleveland Justice Center. It was ok, nothing special just plain brown rice with a small portion of hibachi chicken on top. The veggies on the side was mostly zucchini with some onion and two small slivers of mushrooms. I don’t know what the orange colored sauce on the side was but I didn’t like it (must have been included in the meal because I didn’t order it). At $14 I thought it was way overpriced. $1 for the can of soda was an ok price.

I hired Dr. Hibachi for a site event at my place of employment. I’ve dealt with many different food truck vendors and they were, by far, the best! They were on time, professional, friendly and quick! The food was delicious and all my coworkers still rave about it! I will definitely be contacting them again for future events! Ice and team – you guys are awesome!
