I had a veggie omelet with hashbrowns and toast. It wasn’t seasoned and I requested no jalapeño but ended up getting a couple of them anyway. The waitress was nice and the presentation of the food on the plate was great. If you are looking for something quick to eat you can stop in here. The seats aren’t very comfortable, though they get the job done.

Great find during our local stay at an RV park. My husband enjoyed a patty melt and fries and I had mesquite chicken with fried okra, cornbread, and red beans with rice. Excellent service and delicious food. Prices are decent, too. Thank you!

Like eating at Momma’s house. If you are on time the food is fresh, hot and delicious. If you are late, some items may not be available. But, hey by running out into of having to throw away, they keep the prices down!

My daughter and I go to many places on weekends looking for antique sales which brought us to Walker today. We always find a hometown place to eat instead of chain restaurants. From the moment we walked in the place I guessed this was a wrong choice. The chairs were awful, busting and peeling. We picked a table that ended up being sticky. Our waitress was nice when greeting us. We looked at the menu and upon her return gave her our order. It didn’t take long at all and guessing that’s because we were the only customers there. The chicken was just ok as it wasn’t a typical chicken breast as it was more flat. The mac n cheese was awful. Tasted like it was a week old and just put into this dish and placed in the microwave. We each had a piece of cornbread on our plate and I could have threw it at the window and broke the glass because it was so hard. My daughter had the chicken as well and it was the same as mine. She also had okra which she orders from places all the time and she said it was not good at all. A $15 mistake stopping here. I couldn’t in my right mind recommend this place to anyone. Just awful.

They stop serving breakfast at 11 am. Keep that in mind. Even though the first word on the sign after the name says breakfast. It is not an all day breakfast restaurant. They have a big menu that is not on google. I will post the menu. We went specifically for breakfast after 11. So we were a little upset that we didnt get to eat. We went home to eat. Everyone here was extremely nice. And the food that was being cooked smelled great.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Where do I even start!!! This place is a joke! We had three entrees and every one was disgusting! The mashed potatoes were cold and dry. My steak was supposed to medium but it was almost rare. The service was ridiculous. I’m so mad at myself for having to spend 60$ on something so unpleasant! I’ve literally never eaten at a place this terrible before. I’m so very disappointed. Definitely need to get better servers and cooks! 10/10 do NOT recommend! And then on the menu it says dessert included but then they didn’t even have the dessert to give us! The food had no flavor, the quality of the food was worse than a frozen TV dinner! Needless to say I won’t be going back.

This place has went to the dumps. We ordered a lunch special of veg soup and grilled cheese…it was truly disgusting. The very little bit of soup was so salty I couldn’t finish it. The grilled cheese was two slices of white bread with a piece of (I guess it was cheese) cheese. I couldn’t finish that greasy mess either. They charged us 10.99 a plate for that!!! I ordered coffee but couldn’t get a refill because they threw it out. I guess it was so old … tasted like if too. Then to add insult to this disgusting meal, I was charged a 10% surcharge fig cost of goods. The can coup they served cost $1.25 (maybe) and 4 slices of bread with a slice of cheese-less than $1.00. I was overcharged for unpalatable food. This is the last time I’ll stop here to eat. Never again … shame on you!!’

We are traveling on our motorcycle from Pa and are staying just down the road. Our first visit was good and plan on having breakfast here again before we move on. Very clean place. Prices are reasonable.

We stopped here on our road trip to Louisiana! Beat food we have had the whole trip! And the only food the whole trip my toddler wouldn’t stop eating! The staff was awesome. The atmosphere was great! 10/10 recommend!!
