Chick-fil-A Vallejo deserves an award.
From the moment you arrive, this location treats you like VIP royalty. The service is so good it makes you forget you’re at a fast-food restaurant — it feels like a five-star experience every single time. The employees greet you with the warmest smiles, move with insane efficiency, and genuinely make you feel cared for. Every “my pleasure” sounds like they actually mean it.
THE FOOD:
Next-level. Legendary. Untouchable.
The chicken is always perfectly crispy on the outside, unbelievably juicy on the inside, and seasoned like it came straight from the heavens. The waffle fries? Golden masterpieces. The nuggets? Little bites of perfection. And the sauces — every one of them could be bottled and sold as happiness.
COMPLIMENTARY MINTS:
Please. These mints are elite. They’re not regular mints — they are refreshing little blessings that complete the whole experience. Honestly, they could charge for them and I’d still take three.
DRINK SERVICE:
They go ABOVE AND BEYOND. If your drink isn’t exactly how you want it, they’ll adjust it, refill it, or switch it out with zero hesitation. Want less ice? More ice? A different drink entirely? They make it happen instantly. The customer service is unreal.
SUGGESTIONS (said with love):
If they ever added more specialty drinks — like peach lemonade year-round or raspberry sweet tea — this location would become unstoppable.

Been a Chick-Fil-A gal all my life grew up eating this!! Since I am a GA native. This is not about the food. It’s strictly about the customer service! Since that’s what’s known at Chick-Fil-A, awesome customer service… Not at this location!!! I have never been so frustrated with a Chick-Fil-A . I immediately called corporate! I sat in the Vallejo, CA drive-thru line to get my food, all to get my food and notice the fries were missing. I immediately turned around 1 minute or less to go (did a u turn) back and get my fries. The representative seemed helpful and stated she’ll get them. As she was getting my fries she asked the “team” members about them being missing, they seemed to be having a full discussion heads shaking no, seemingly to be telling her they did put them in the bag. She then walks back and say, I don’t know what happened, they said they put them in the bag, but here,I have them for you. I immediately replied, I have no reason to steal a fry! I don’t appreciate them basically saying I’m lying to clear them of forgetting or not putting them in the bag. I asked her what was their names, she didn’t want to disclose them as if they aren’t wearing name tags! She (Yamell) was making things way more of a problem! So I took her name and I immediately called corporate in the parking lot which they have been very helpful but I was furious !! l have enough money to fund anything I want!! This was poor customer service from a manager and her “team members” be sure to check your bags before pulling off! This store or at least the “team members” will accuse you of trying to get freebies and Yamell seems to think it’s ok. I never write reviews but I did all the things TODAY because this was OUT OF LINE!

I must say for a “fast food” company I have never had better service. From calling the day before to walking in the restaurant, this location is high end service. I work in a restarts in Napa and I wish we had these standards. So impressed.

Classic experience 10 out 10 service and the food feels like healthy fast food. The parking and drive-thru is chaotic. They definitely didnt think about how any flow of traffic and parking would be considered during the design process but dont let this deter you from ordering. We order ahead using the app and pickup right away, avoiding any lines.

My partner and I stopped by to get some food, we dont normally eat out and she’s gluten free. We’ve never had chick fil a before. We asked if they had gluten free, Libni the sales person was amazing walked us to the window all the staff got involved printing us off all the ingredients and made sure she wouldn’t get sick. Highly recommend this store. Plus the food was good.

This is probably the best fast food places Ive been. Including all the other Chick-fil-As. Ot has beautiful flowers on each table, service is amazing, very sparkly clean, food is perfect and the manager walks around with a basket passing mints and making sure food is good. Exceptional!
