I go to a lot of McDonald’s. Usually a well oiled machine. This place is a few steps behind. They lack awareness and have a nice looking establishment, but inept customer service. I mobile ordered breakfast. Notification said go inside your food is hot and ready. I stand behind 3 ppl in mobile order. Nobody asks me anything or acknowledged me. No problem. Door dash gets order they talk to 2nd person in line about their order for door dash as well. Never looks up to me says hi, asks if I have a mobile order. I notice a bag since I stepped in line, thought maybe its mine. I lean over see my name and number as worker walks away from person #2 I say aloud May I please Have my food. Its Right there! Ohhhh yea sorry….here. 10 min passed from when walking in to getting my food I had to ask for sitting behind the area where mobile orders are picked up. Put the food in the mobile order pickup bc you don’t ask ppl or do your job correctly. Never waited like that in person. I was boiling… then the food had a chemical taste to it . Great

Why did I just receive .95 cents for a sandwhich that was an even 10.00 according to the new penny guidelines. So they’re just keeping 5 cents between the penny I didn’t have and 4 pennys they could not give per transaction? This makes no sense.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and that classic “Welcome to McDonald’s” from the friendly staff. I placed my order and they got right to it. I sat down to work on some of my taxes, and the kind employee actually brought my food to me even though I didn’t ask—super nice.
And it didn’t stop there. One look at my fries and I could tell they were fresh out of the fryer. The taste was a 10/10, the service was 100/10, and Gabriel Brown was a 1000/10. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you so much, Hillsborough McDonald’s crew!

This was simply the best experience i’ve ever had at any restaurant. The service was excellent. it was quick, fresh, and hot. They even added some cookies into my order because they were just too nice!

This is a newly remodeled store. Everything looks fancy and nice here including their staff. Staff are very friendly at this location and the only problem I saw here is their burger buns taste burnt as they may not clean their grill often. I did not feel this at other locations. This is my neighbourhood store guys so can’t complain much .

Waited a half hour inside to get my food and let alone order. There’s nobody at the register and they could care less about their customers inside. I worked a 18 hour shift and wanted some food and they didn’t care about me at all. Not again.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s everyday for a coke or a frozen one. I began w mchicken and now double cheeseburger deal w Monopoly. Most know me and they give me my receipt. And the ladies are fantastic all of them. So I keep on going great service. They save me money when I make mistakes ordering. On the on the other hand sometimes a few young kids don’t know everything about the app I think they in highschool and is ok you just have to make sure is the right order as well .
Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10 because the owners have hired very good manager

Pretty nice seating here and ambiance here! Spacious parking. Has a drive thru. Highchairs available. Bathroom mildy filthy with neutral smell. See imaages for further reference

It’s a McDonald’s except half the time you don’t get what you pay for. I can’t even count how many times iv ordered extra burgers just to not receive them. Also ICE COLD fries is wild. Thanks hillsborough!
