This was honestly the best Subway I have had since 2005. The bread was so fresh, I got my sub toasted and usually when I do that the sub is overdone and hard. Today? Nope it was perfectly balanced and toasted. The portions were FILLED! Honestly so much chicken in my sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich! Everything was so freaking delicious and I just sat there amazed at how it felt to actually eat a really freaking good Subway sandwich again! This is how Subway should taste! I also ordered cookies and my goodness, they were fresh, perfectly soft and not doughy or hard and overcooked! Kudos to the team here and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!!!!
When I called again, they told me to take them off their call list. I made it clear that it was not spam and just wanted to talk with someone who could help me, but she hung up on me again. I just wanted to ask some questions and get some help. It would have been nice if someone had just helped me to know what I could or couldn’t do. They just hung up on me. I would have been totally fine if the answer had been no.
Nothing against Subway itself, and the employee was doing what they thought was right, so no hard feelings toward them. I just wish I had gotten a little bit more help.
I just waited first in line (hadn’t eaten all day and starving) and after 20 minutes, the girl behind the counter started making ANOTHER online order without even asking what I wanted. I left because she was going to do another 3 online orders before taking my order and I had already waited for forever.
Just ate at firehouse subs and it was delicious. Oh, and they took my order when I walked in which was a nice touch.
What really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. I even wanted to give a compliment to one of the employees with her lovely red hair; her positive energy truly brightened my day. Every team member I encountered was not only efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive to customers.
Overall, I left feeling valued and well taken care of. SUBWAY® clearly prioritizes both quality service and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for a quick, satisfying meal.
And eat fresh we did.
It was a lovely experience biting into that delicious handmade sandwich and having an explosion of flavors go wild on my taste buds. Fluffy bread. Creamy sauce. Tender meatballs.
Delicious overall. 10/10 would go again
8/25 out of olives past 2 times I came, due to issues with their supplier. Subway on 300S had olives that day.
SELOHCIN shirt kept leaning into the food with her chest when she reached forward to get the veggies because she is large chested and short and her sleeves kept touching sandwiches too because the sleeves were baggy and came down to her elbows. There was food on her shirt. The girl who made my sandwich kept wiping her nose on her wrist.
The bread seemed smashed. I think she smashed it when she rolled up the sandwich. The lady who made my sandwich had tons of flakes in her hair and black teeth and looked really scary. The other one was giving me smug looks and not very friendly.
The bread seems more narrow than it used to be so order 2 full subs for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. They covered the meat and cheese with a metal cover so you can’t see your choices. The cucumbers are sliced super thin usually so they are wilted and mushy and gross. I think they use some kind of machine and it depends on the worker how thick they are. The sandwich got really soggy and was dripping and a mess to eat. Make sure nothing is dripping when you make it and ask him not to squeeze the veggies to get the moisture out. They need to drain their wet ingredients so it isn’t soggy 5 minutes later when you eat it. I told them just a little mustard but they always struggle to get it out without it coming out fast with their bottles so ask for “1 thin strip of mustard” put on the bread before you put veggies on so that if it’s too much some can be wiped off. And then don’t forget to put ranch dressing on or they won’t prompt you again.
I signed up for rewards 1/17/24 at this location with Steve.
