If you’re not a white skin person you’re not gonna be served properly , this morning, I was in your establishment and had the Worst Experience of Dunkin EvEr! Male Coffee maker was rude , super sarcastic, and extremely unprofessional, disrespected me in front of the entire store! No customer service skills at all just very nasty! I’m appalled and disgusted!

Staff could not be ruder. Been to this location multiple times, and almost without fail something is wrong or the only male employee acts as if he can’t be bothered. I’ve told myself a few time this was the last time I’d go back, this was really it.

Dunkin Donuts is a huge company and has strict quality standards. I get the avocado toast here a few days a week with bacon and an order of snackin bacon. Today this is what I received. Matted bread with peice of cardboad on it, without bacon topping. Bacon not warmed up.
Such a bummer because certain people here work very hard.
Also, if you don’t have the dunkin app a lady employee today scanned her own app to grab the loyalty program points on her own account from my purchase. Truly unbelievable!

3 Times I’ve given this Dunkin a try Everytime has been a disappointment. Between wrong orders, poor service, and watered down drinks, I’ve had enough. They almost never have new drinks in stock (even though their signs advertise them). Today I actually got nauseous from my drink after a few sips – I threw it out – something wasn’t right with it. This Dunkin needs some serious management help. (Pretty dirty too )

Well, I gotta say. I’ve been here twice recently and it’s been a better experience each time. The staff has become kinder, and the room is somewhat more clean than it was previously. Unfortunately they have been “out” of the drink I have ordered twice now (yet u can get it from another Dunkin 3 miles away) I have raised my review to 3 stars from 1. I’d like to see what my next visit brings before changing it to 4 stars.

I’ve been to this location a few times. During my most recent visit I was reminded why I visit so infrequently. The gentleman who works in the morning is extremely short. He does not make eye contact. When I asked if they had Dunkin Midnight, an item advertised in their menu, I was told dismissively, “we don’t make that here”.

Discrimination, ignoring me but speaking to everyone else, handing out free coffee to regulars who walked in after I did, rude, playing and loud talking while I’m attempting to order and attempted to belittle me. Never again!

I couldn’t even hear myself breathe in here. The young Spanish man was so loud. Screaming out orders at the expo window even though there were three people in the spot. He was acting like a drunken fool at 11am grabbing the two other ladies working in the bag and hugging them squeezing them. Calling all the customers papi. His energy is way off. Need to cool it as myself and the others were side eyeing each other wondering what this guy was on.

Walked in there at 10 am on 7/14/25 for a coffee and bagel. Male clerk with curly hair was completely rude and disrespectful. He took a wrong order I asked to have it corrected and he had an issue doing his job. Proceeds to bad mouth me in Spanish. What he least expected was that I could respond to him in Spanish. Be careful how you treat black people cause the tolerance level for discrimination is low. Not sure who the owner is but I’d recommend hiring friendly patrons for your business. There was no need for him to react the way he did.

I had the worst experience today at the establishment. The employees were so loud and not bothered to take my order until they were done with their conversation. When I was finally able to give them order they didn’t confirm my order, but instead try to correct me and tell me that I didn’t know how to order my food correctly since there was only a miscommunity. He was a spanish cashier wearing casual clothing wish I believe is the manager. I left without making any complaints, but he start yelling at me until I left the location.
