Order was completely wrong. Paid extra for extra sauce, cheese on 2 pizzas & some pieces were missing both & were just basted tomato sauce on bread. Called & were told they made them the way they were ordered. Wasn’t that great the first time since we’ve moved back home, but figured they had an off day & would try again. Lesson learned, will never go back to this location & urge others to do the same. Money doesn’t stretch as far as it use to & eating out is a luxury to some. Feel like money was wasted for nothing tonight

Our delivery driver, Matthew, is always super friendly and goes the extra mile to provide great service. We had no change tonight and he made a special trip to make sure we got our food while it was still hot. He always had a smile on his face and is just a great guy to have deliver your pizza.

I just don’t understood why I can’t get extra sauce when I order it on the pizza. This is the third time that I got a dry pizza. I stopped going here after the last one but wanted to try it again and the same thing, a dry pizza after ordering extra sauce. I don’t think this one had any sauce as you can see in the picture.

Last time for Pizza Hut. Hard to give a good review when you don’t get all your food. Order was 25 minutes later than the estimated time. We did not receive three of the dipping sauces we paid for. I called within a few minutes of receiving our order and was transferred to a supervisor and I hung up after waiting on hold for 11 minutes. I called back and was asked if I wanted a refund. I said I would rather have the sauces that we ordered to use with the pizza. He said it would be thirty minutes. It has now been 2 hours. I should have asked for a refund since it doesn’t look like we are going to get the sauces. I just called for the 4th time and was told if the local store doesn’t answer the call center answers, but the call center can’t issue a refund they can only issue a credit against a future order. I guess I am out of luck since there will never be a future Pizza Hut order. This is the worst service and system.

Don’t get what has happened with this place. We used to order often and get food maybe 30 mins. Well we ordered food and was told it would be 30-40 mins. Well it was almost an hour and no update so I called. Basically got told “well we have drivers but if it’s gonna take long we will have dasher deliver” I was like well you shouldn’t quote a time if you don’t have drivers. After over an hour we finally got our pizza and wings but of course they forgot the sauce and drink. Very disappointed and the call center or store wouldn’t even apologize or anything. Not wasting my time to call about missing items.
