The French fries were terrible—soggy, old, and clearly had been sitting for a while. When I arrived to pick up my order (only 10 minutes after ordering), the lady at the front rudely said the food had been ready “for a long time,” which simply wasn’t true.
To make it worse, the cook in the back actually asked if I wanted them to re-fry the same fries again, instead of making a fresh batch. That says everything about the quality standards here.
Horrible customer service and poor food quality. If you’re serving fries that need to be re-fried to be edible, something is seriously wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back.

And I understand that food gets soggy but in the picture you can clearly see that those fries were already old and re fried.
Secondly after going back and forth with the lady in the front was when you offered to “fry AGAIN the same old soggy fries”. That shows how poorly you treat your food.
As management you have to do a better service and food quality.

Wanted to try chinese food in the area and found this location on Google. Called our order in via phone for the honey chicken with shrimp rice and a large Four Seasons. Was disappointed with flavor and quality. The chicken tasted tough and dry. You can tell it was battered and fried, but lacked seasoning. It tasted like they just poured honey on top after frying. The rice lacked flavor as well and didn’t taste fried – it tasted more like white steamed rice with soy sauce and wasn’t mixed well. The Four Seasons looked good, but fell flat on quality. Tough chicken and veggies. There was also an odor in the restaurant that transferred onto the plastic and brown paper bags our order was packed in, which also transferred into our car. We tried it once, cannot recommend ;(

8:30pm : My husband and I got “Sesame Chicken” and “General Tso” and it was very fresh, hot, and crispy. The restaurant was clean, smelled good, and the service was quick/friendly. Best takeout experience i’ve had. Will definitely be coming here again.

I ordered House Egg Foo Young (Combination of pork, chicken and shrimp) and I received egg and onion.
I called into inform them of the incorrect order and a female hung up the phone on me. I called back and informed her that I have pics, she began speaking to someone at the restaurant and stated the cook made the correct order and hung up on me again.

I was craving for Chinese fried rice. I ordered takeout the Large Yangzhou Fried Rice for $14.29 that’s supposed to have egg, pork, chicken shrimp. What I got was fried rice with scrapes of pork and eggs, and two pieces of shrimp, no chicken . I understand the grocery prices are high but so is the price for takeout.
