Wow one of the worst meals we’ve had in a long time. Not sure how this highly rated. It’s disgusting fast food. The pork and chicken dumplings are equally disgusting and inedible. They’re covered in onions and garlic and stuffed with other ingredients so you can’t taste the actual meat. We spit it out and tossed it. The lo mein was somewhat edible if you have your own condiments to mask the taste. Also went in the trash. I can’t believe how horrible the food was. No wonder the business doesn’t provide a phone number to contact them. Now my house smells like onions and garbage and my stomach is killing me and I only had a bite of each. Never again!

Tried the Dan Dan noodles at the Time Out Market, they were excellent, very spicy and flavorful. As a bonus you can go to the rooftop to see amazing views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan, especially great at night.

Made a special trip because it said it’s all vegan. Not anymore. Basically nothing veg or vegan unless you’re not interested in any protein/meat substitutes. Suggestion: update your maps description not just the sign at the stand.

Rogue Panda in Time Out Market Brooklyn is a bustling spot, especially on a Sunday afternoon around lunchtime! Be prepared for the crowds and a potential 20-30 minute wait, with lines forming at almost every stall (and even the restrooms!). While the egg fried rice with chicken I ordered was decent – served hot and a good portion – I’ve definitely had better. However, Rogue Panda is a solid option for a quick bite while showing friends around the city. Plus, you can’t beat the incredible views from Time Out Market! My tip? Try visiting on a weekday for a more relaxed experience and to better enjoy the food and ambiance.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been too. I initially got a few things to try. My entire family loves it so much that we went back and ordered all the other stuff!

Great for vegetarians! We loved the plant based meats – noodles and dumplings. We’ll definitely be back. Also the view and seating was a lot of fun!

The orange chicken was funky and the broccoli has no sauce on it. Had better food at less pricey Chinese restaurants. Very overpriced wouldn’t recommend this dish. Maybe others are better ‍♀️

Time Out Market was extremely crowded during the weekends. Tried The Rogue Panda on the 5th floor and the food was quite nice. Tried the dan dan noodles, mapo tofu, pork dumplings and shiitake truffle fried rice. The pork dumplings were excellent and I love the firm texture of the dan dan noodle.

Great completely vegan Chinese food spot within the Timeout food hall! We had the slippery dumplings, Dan Dan noodles and the egg rolls. All were great but the rolls in particular were outstanding – no dipping sauce required! Many of the menu items include impossible pork which is decent. Would definitely visit again

Chinese vegan restaurant serving fantastic dishes.

We’re not vegan but we were intrigued by the concept, menu and ingredients used, so we decided to give it a try.

We had the kung pao Brussels sprouts, the Dan Dan noodles, and the dumplings.

The dumplings did not impress us that much, but the other 2 dishes were stellar, I could eat those Brussels sprouts all the time and will definitely try to recreate them at home (I live in Canada, a bit too far to come often!)

So far this has been the best food we’ve had during our stay in South Beach.

Service was friendly, they even complimented me on my shirt!

Best Chinese food in the Dumbo!

I’ve been here several times already since they’ve opened on the 5th Floor of Time Out Market. Mapo tofu and the cold sesame noodles are delicious. The rice is cooked perfectly. The hospitality of the chef and team is superb and unmatched! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem in Dumbo!
