We were in town for an overnight trip and we’re looking for a great spot for a good breakfast. We did some searching on Google and found this place and said that it had some good reviews. We decided to give it a shot and the second I saw it and we walked in I knew it was my kind of place. Cozy, quaint, good energy and definitely felt like a good surf spot cafe. The staff was all smiles when we walked in and they came around and told my wife that they liked her coat. They have a lot to choose from in terms of breakfast but I stuck to standard Bacon, eggs, pancakes, hash browns and I got a side of biscuits and gravy. My wife got an omelet and it was gigantic! The food was great and the service was fantastic and we never needed anything because they were right there on top of it. We got some sincere “thank you for coming in” wishes on our way out and it’s definitely a place that we would stop again when we go back to San Clemente. They have fresh tortillas and fresh salsa too by the way which is a nice added bonus! I was hoping they had some flavored creamers for the coffee, but that’s not a big enough issue for me to complain about it. Overall, everything was great and we will be back.

American and Mexican style food on the menu. So far this is the best breakfast we have had while in SoCal. The portions were large and we didnt not walk away hungry. We had two standard breakfast meals and a Travis California Burrito. The food was cooked to perfection and flavorful! This is where we plan to eat the remaining time we have in San Clemente!

First visit, nice little neighborhood spot.
I had the corned beef hash with eggs and potatoes. No issues except that the toast was served very dry, had to ask for extra spread.
Friendly staff, inside and outside seating available.
Parking is very tight, only about 5 spaces available.
Would be willing to return in the future.

Hello, this is your standard donut shop although the donuts are very good and I appreciated that they let us know when they had fresh ham and cheese croissants out the oven. It was pretty bustling on a Sunday morning. The coffee is not fancy and they don’t carry any sugar-free syrup or sweet and low/sugar substitute but all in all you go here for a doughnut and you’ll get a great one.
