I love Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. I normally use the drive-thru as it is quite cold in the morning. They make a great coffee, and the honey citrus mint tea is my favorite in winter, but iced tea is my spring and summer go-to drink.

I took a friend to Starbucks as I was given a Starbucks gift card. It was the first time my friend had ever been to a Starbucks. Surprising in this day and age. It was a wonderful experience for her and myself. So much so that now she says she’ll definitely be going back many times. Our customer service individual was Baily who was also the manager of the Mesa Ridge location. She was very helpful and very pleasant.

There is a new staff member, didn’t catch their name but she he was amazing!! So upbeat and friendly! It has been the first time in a looooong year that my drink tastes just how it is supposed to taste. Usually it’s bland or not correct, I don’t complaint anymore since I get the response of “that’s how I got trained to make it.” By some blonde hair barista. Who seems like you’re asking her to run a mile when you ask her to make a frap. Anyway, please please keep this new employee!

Starbucks is what it is. Starbucks has become a well known chain for quick service and decent coffee in my opinion. I would still rather go to places such as Dutch Bros, however I have no problem going to Starbucks for a quick cup of coffee. Of course they have their holiday special drinks as well which is the main reason I’ll go here around Christmas and Halloween. Service is relatively the same everywhere fast and responsive. Only problems you may have is they forget if you tell them you don’t want whip cream on your Frappuccino.

Lines are usually very long but the customer service is great! Those helping always have a smile and make the wait worth it.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve come across here in Fountain area. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and patient with me when I’m taking awhile to order. They also know what cold pour is and don’t make a guess and make some concoction they assume is what was ordered, nor do they charge $8 for a $5 drink. Was harassed by a woman asking me to purchase her order for five minutes while the entire staff ,(three people)stood other end of the counter and ignored me and my daughter. We left without our drinks. It was very obvious that the employees at this location lack any customer service. Starbucks across the parking lot was very pleasant however!

March 24th I went in and ordered a cold foam cappuccino and I got a cold brew with cold foam. When I got asked what else I was waiting for I stated that that drink isn’t what I ordered and and she nastily said no it’s exactly what you ordered. They never offered to fix my drink order or refund me. none of them knew how to make my drink as well. This was by far the worst service I’ve received anywhere in my life. I will never be going back there again.

The ladies here are always kind and get my drink order right. I go here when I don’t feel like waiting in the line at the Starbucks across the parking lot. I also like to pick up a cheese bagel from safeway, so it’s very convenient to have starbucks there.
