I was always skeptical of this place because you actually take it home to bake it yourself, and I was happy to see that the employees actively warn you that indeed it is a “take and bake” concept so you’re not rudely surprised. The pizza turned put just fine, and theres both an option to bake in the oven or cook on the grill!
The employees are helpful and the pizza tastes good, but for a price equivalent to all the other fast competitors, I still don’t see why I would take the time and effort to cook it myself. Thus 3 stars is for the concept, not the lack of quality!

Update: This isn’t our normal experience, but the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 2nd my husband orered the Pepperoni Pizza with pineapple and an order of chicken Parmesan bites. The pizza was oversauced for my liking and missing the pineapple. The chicken Parmesan bites were drenched in oil. My husband still ate it, lol. Inconsistent with what we were used to receiving, which makes ordering more challenging to get what we like. I am guessing it goes by who is working the kitchen. I’ve attached photos.
Firstly, the atmosphere was our home, so 5 stars to be able to order delicious pizza and have it delivered . We’ve ordered delivery before, after a long day and everything was perfect! Our grandgem loves pineapple on the pizza, and it’s now a favorite with us, too!
Their pizza reheats well on top of the stove, airfryer, or microwave.
We appreciate the speedy, friendly, & efficient service.

Pretty frustrated with my experience just now at this location.
I never write bad reviews, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I had placed an order for pick up using the Papa Murphy’s website and upon my arrival, they did not have my pizza ready and did not even know about my order.
No big deal, things happen. This was not the upsetting part. The frustrating part was the customer service or lack there of. The worker had an attitude with me and basically thought that there was no way that I didn’t make the mistake. He didn’t even ask to see my order confirmation and I stated the address of the location I was at and had ordered from and he didn’t know the address of the store he was working at. After verifying that I had placed the order at the correct address, I was the one who had to suggest showing him the confirmation email. Overall, his demeanor was not pleasant.
After waiting for about 15 when my pizza should have already been ready (ordered ahead) I asked for a few sides of ranch and he was told I would be charged. I feel like customer service is part of the experience and I would have felt so much better about the situation if they just gave me the dressing for free after this inconvenience. I have been a customer of Papa Murphy’s for a very long time but don’t know if I’ll be going back as it seems things have changed.

I think the pizzas are great. The calzone baking experience, not good. When I put it in my air fryer, the bottom didn’t cook right so I had to turn it over and then the top of calzone turned mushy. (I followed the directions). They were friendly and efficient. I am impressed that you have dairy free cheese. That’s one of the main reasons I would definitely come back. A lot of people are allergic to dairy or vegan.

I love that we can place an order, run arrands then go through the drive thru and know dinner is covered. House smells so good and I can crisp the crust just like I like it! Awesome pizza!!! ❤️

I had placed an order at 10-11am for a pick up on 11/22 for 7:30pm , I arrive at 7:45pm and they hadn’t even started my order , then I noticed my 2liter diet Pepsi was missing so I went back and told him to give me one , and I was already so thrown off I had forgot I also ordered 5 cheesy bread & I was already at home at that point when I realized it . Im so upset about this ! Then while cooking my pizza for one the dough wasn’t even stretched to the edge and when cooking the crust was extremely thin and cracker like , mind you I ordered a regular pizza not thin crust ! Will not be going to this location ever again, I only went there because I got off work and it was on the way to my home . Waste of $30 and ruined a Friday pizza night.

11/25 The manager Audrey reached out to me and sincerely apologized for the mishap and completely refunded my order . I am extremely satisfied with how she responded to me & even compensated the issue, I will be going back in hopes to a better outcome with this location just due to the manager Audrey for handling the situation promptly! 🙂
