Update: 9/12 – Still a five star. I really think people are sleeping on this joint. It’s delicious and consistently excellent. The broth is really rich!
Our food arrived within 15–20 minutes, and we ordered two bowls of ramen along with two sushi rolls. The Chicken Miso Ramen was outstanding—an easy 9/10. The broth had just the right amount of mild spice (though I wish I had gone spicier!), the egg was perfectly cooked, and the thick noodles were incredibly satisfying.
My wife ordered the Tonkotsu Pork Ramen and was equally impressed. She also rated it a 9/10, praising the rich, flavorful broth and tender slices of pork.
As for the sushi, the California roll was freshly made and surprisingly delicious—easily one of the better versions we’ve had.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent, service was efficient, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Just be sure to arrive early—it’s worth it.
