The first Hooters opened October 4, 1983, in Clearwater, Florida. The Original Six founders were quickly detained for impersonating restaurateurs, but fortunately for America, they were soon allowed to go about their business.During its history, the Hooters concept has remained true to its roots. The current logo, uniform, menu and ambiance are all very similar to what existed in the original store. This consistency is understandable given Hooters continued success and high ranking amongst the industry’s growth leaders.

Love this hooters. It never lets me down. The people that work here are awesome. The food, of course wings, are amazing. So are salads. The crowds here can be off and on. As in you never know when it might be crowded but food prep is insanely fast and everyone is great.

Had the chicken fingers and curly fries and my friend had a burger and fries and mozzarella sticks very yummy . Best female server and very cool and fast service and check on us a lot. Highly recommend this restaurant. Flat screen to watch games on and sport bar up front. I’m a female and made me feel very welcomed there. Cleaning there is top knot. Smell great in there . Highly recommend this anyone. Great jobs lady’s and mangers. Can’t wait to next time to your restaurant. Celebrating my birthday there last year and love it there .

This location really restored my faith in this company. The server was pleasent. The food was hot! The environment was welcoming. Overall, and compared to my last visit at the new castle location this visit was awesome! And the snow legs were actually half price as advertised! The New Castle location charged us 20. Thank you very much for restoring my desire to visit this restaurant.

We came to Hooters with a group of 11 to watch the Eagles game. We arrived about an hour early and the staff was able to seat us together, which we appreciated. Our server was great—friendly and attentive, especially considering how busy it got once the game started.
As for the food, the buffalo shrimp were excellent and the wings were solid. Unfortunately, the clams were inedible—overcooked to the point where I chewed one for several minutes before giving up. Definitely would not recommend ordering them.
The bigger issue was with the TVs and management. We were seated in a section full of Eagles fans, yet the TV directly in front of our table was showing the Lions game, while the Eagles were on a screen behind us. Half our table had to turn around just to watch. We asked the manager if the TV in front of us could be switched to the Eagles game (after confirming with nearby guests that they weren’t watching the Lions). The manager was dismissive and rude about it, which soured the entire experience.
Our server alone saved this from being a one-star review, but overall, the food was hit-or-miss and management clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. We won’t be coming back. Avoid this location if you’re looking for a good game day atmosphere.

The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! They have some of the best wings out there, I’m telling you. Their staff is always extremely friendly, and there’s always plenty of room to sit. The atmosphere is nice, even with a bunch of men there, lol. I always enjoy going here. Their decently priced, especially their lunch specials! Their drinks are relatively inexpensive and are strong! I will always go here!

The service was great and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the all you eat eat wings came with a massive amount of fries and the boneless wings were extremely crunchy. Other than that it was what you’d expect.

With the recent increase in price of wings I feel like I am not getting my money’s worth. This place is the exception! The wings I got were the biggest best tasting wings I’ve had in years! When in the area this place should be on your to go list!

Servers were a little slow as they were hanging w what appeared to be regulars. Food was ready and they had to be told several times that the food was up. Frustrating when your sitting at the bar looking at your food looking back at you. But food was good and staff was friendly.

The chicken wings had freezer burn. It was buy one ten piece get one free. Plus they are not white meat. They aren’t strips but small child size nuggets. McDonald’s has bigger ones than here. Save your money and go somewhere else
