I wish I would’ve took a picture of the raw sausage and biscuit. But I didn’t. I go back & show the GM Chelsea the raw sausage. She clearly gets a attitude. Had me pull to the front and wait for this burnt to hell & back sausage and biscuit. I called back like are you for real. She said she made sure it was well done. I asked for a fully cooked sausage. Don’t not return your food if something wrong with your order. Just take it as a loss. If the GM is doing this kind of service. What’s the sense & bring it back. By the way she said she approved of the sausage pattie herself. Now that’s super sad.. at 5:30am. Now I’m late for work and hungry still

It’s Hardee’s food. The staff however is uniquely rude. I have returned a few incorrect drive-thru orders via walking inside, stating there was a mistake, politely requesting the correct order and been given a lot of negative body language/verbal attitude when doing this. It’s fast food, not a big deal…. I have nothing but patience for this kind of thing. Today they had the beans to tell me a sausage patty on biscuit was a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and tried to slight me again, on the front counter!
I had to physically open up the food for them, at which point they went to the back, made a remark about giving out a wrong order, giggled, put the correct sandwiches which had been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes (at this point, since I drove home and drove back) tossed them in the back and said “There you go, now its correct” followed by a very snarky “Sorry about that”.
All before 8am.

I usually have great drive thru experience. The line was long so I went in. No one greeted me. I had to ask someone for help then she kept trying to go back to drive thru to bag their orders instead of taking my order. I was like, dang aren’t I important too? She barely spoke to me. Then they had this stuff out on a guest table. Really? Cigarettes and pills. Can’t be safe

I ordered a chicken breakfast platter, which costs extra. I got an overcooked, tough piece of chicken not breaded and quite small. I thought it was a piece of ham. The manager didn’t know they were out of breading. Then the manager asks what she can do to make it right. I said, “nothing I guess.” She agreed. I guess this is acceptable quality when paying extra.

I used to really like Hardees, but they just get worse and worse. I used to live their roast beef sandwich, better than Arby’s even. They haven’t had it in years. However I was looking at the menu on Google maps for this location and it shows the roast beef sandwich back on there, so I was really excited. I went straight there and ordered it and of course they didn’t have it. If it’s on the menu you should be able to get it. I ordered a regular hot ham n cheese instead. After taking all the bread with no meat on it off there wasn’t much left.

The burgers look delicious on the menu, but the actual burgers look nothing like the picture.
The patty was gray and chewy like it was steamed or microwaved. There were no grill marks on it like in the picture. It tasted flavorless. It seemed like it sat in a steamer for a long time.
The picture showed cheese oozing out the sides of the burger, but in reality the cheese slice was much smaller than the bun. I had to disassemble the burger to verify it had cheese because no cheese was visible from the outside.
The tomato was not even close to being ripe. It was almost transparent, not red.
I asked for no mayonnaise, which is how the burger was made, but there were no other sauces on the burger. The picture shows some kind of red condiment like fancy ketchup, but none was on the burger.

I went to Hardee’s for lunch. I have not been to this particular location in a long time. My cheeseburger was extremely greasy and the meat did not taste good at all. This did not seem like a Angus cheeseburger I was very disappointed in the food and I will not be returning to this particular location.

Avoid this place! Gave my carry out order FOUR times to a female that spoke with so little volume (I can hear well) and mumbled so much that I had to repeat my order FOUR times before she was able to understand what I wanted. After getting home, you guessed it, the order was wrong. Went back, with receipt and the person “in charge” actually argued with me that the receipt was correct meaning they charged me with what I ordered but they just didn’t give me what I ordered. So, after repeating my order TWO more times, total of SIX times, they finally got it right. This place has seen me for the last time and we’re probably both happy about that. Avoid the place.

This use to be a great Hardee’s, but not any more. Employees have no customer service skills and are not polite. Order a sasuage biscuit and country ham biscuit — biscuits were hard and unbeatable. Poor management. Lobby closed – drive thru only at 9:30 a.m. All the one-star reviews had the same response from the owner. My question is the owner reads the bad reviews , which seem to be consistent with the same issues, WHAT, AS THE OWNER, ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO CORRECT THE DEFICIENCIES?
