Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I had an issue with a dasher taking my food Wing stop said they were remaking it. Another dasher showed up and wingstop said they didn’t have my order. the dasher offered to pay for it and have door dash reimburse them Wing stop refused. I then called because my order still said it was being made. I l called and spoke to the manager Nicole who had nothing but attitude told me she was not making my order and they were closing she then hung up on me. the dasher was in the store and told me she threw the phone and then started talking pourly about me. Overall horrible customer service. If this is how the treat customers how do they treat their workers. Will definitely take my money else where.

I had an issue ordering. Nothing too bad, but it was handled quickly and well. People tend to define good customer service as nothing ever going wrong, which is unrealistic. Good customer service is how issues are handled. I will definitely go back.

Update and the manager lied to my face told me he refunded my card however he refunded the wrong person. And had the nerve to write his name down like it mattered look at the poor management job he does couldn’t even give me a refunded receipt because he is a liar. So not only did they not make my food never gave me my $ back and I spent over $40. I will NEVER order at this store again
As for the new Manager and his sales tactics he is very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I will Never and repeat never return to this location ever again.
Front door is always disgusting
Food is never cooked well
Floors are nasty
Employees touch all over stuff without washing and touch your food
Simply distasteful can’t wait until they close due to failure of cleanliness and professionalism

The second we walked in, Nicole greeted us with kindness and a smile. She gave us as much time as we needed to order, and when it came time to order she was incredibly accommodating and extremely kind about the whole situation. Even throwing a curve ball with the order, she was more than happy to assist with our needs. The food is always incredible! Would always recommend a Wingstop, but this location and Miss Nicole absolutely set it above other wingstops! The chefs were also extremely nice and continuously apologized for the slightly extended wait and also provided something extra just for our patience. Come get you some.
