I came here around 1230am on 9/18/2025 after a long day of work , when I received my food I noticed my fries were rock hard and completely inedible , so I figured maybe they cleaned their fryer since it’s close to closing time and the employees wanted to go home understandably, so I decided not to make a big deal about and I’ll be ok with just the cheeseburger, then I get home and this is the crap! …I completely understand wanting to go home but that’s no excuse to just throw a burger together like this , if I wanted a shitty burger I would’ve went to McDonald’s across the street. This is a small In-N-Out restaurant with 2 drive thrus. There were 5 cars waiting in line on each side. There was a person taking orders outside directly from each car . When I arrived at the window I saw like 7 employees working efficiently getting all the food ready. These persons were friendly and if one passed by the window they would greet you. Round of applause for this crew. If you go by Pomona ,on Indian Hills Blvd,off Interstate 10 stop by and enjoy your meal.

That crunch on the bun, juicy beef patty and the fresh vegetables are what makes this burger joint a favorite. The fries are made from fresh potatoes but sometimes can get a bit salty. Long line of cars specially at night. Menu is very simple.

Came here after a long day at work to get a good meal. Only to be disrespected by the lady helping me out at the register. Lady must’ve been having a bad day because I was given attitude when asking for extra spread. Not to mention, this is how I got my food after spending $60+ to feed my family. it was okay but i ordered a flying dutchman in my oder and they forgot it mind you my closest ininout is 16 minutes away (this location) and they forgot it . I was hungry so i went to see if they could make it and the lady was giving more attention than the manager . She wouldn’t believe me but her manager told her to let it go . but my flying dutchman had only 1 onion on one side none on the other side. And the onion wasn’t grilled when i asked for it to be grilled.. seriously?

I don’t need to tell anyone how good in n out is. And like many of us, I’ve been to a dozen locations. This one, however, has the added bonus of a walk up window and a drive thru and some tables in back under an arbor and a fabulous retro vibe. Honestly, this might be my favorite branch if you’re in the area. There was also very little wait time!

they need to get orders faster, it causes a traffic jam and it is dangerous that they don’t try to move the lines faster. waited 15 minutes plus on the street, only one car moved. extremely dangerous. the employees are trying their best and i can tell it is the most stressful part of their job , the ones who are out taking the orders, i feel bad for them. the inside of the restaurant need to be faster to help with the street situation
