A big shout-out to Caden for helping make our experience a true five-star visit with his warm smile and outstanding customer service. He really took great care of us.
We went to celebrate our daughter’s pre-birthday and decided to try the 3-for-Me combo menu. It’s an amazing deal — you get to choose a drink, an appetizer, and an entrée, starting at just $10.99. They offer a wide variety of lemonade flavors, including mango, watermelon, and strawberry. The chips and salsa portions are huge! With such an extensive menu, there’s something for everyone.
The loaded mac and cheese was perfectly moist, and the chicken enchilada soup was rich and hearty. For our main entrées, we ordered the shrimp pasta, spicy chicken sandwich, and beef sandwich — all were absolutely delicious.
We’ll definitely be back to try their ribs and fried chicken fingers.

I’m not a chain restaurant enthusiast however I was craving a good appetizer. Chili’s accomplished that. Their triple dipper doesn’t disappoint. Drink specials were a good value and pretty tasty.
Salad I got was not good though. Chicken was rubbery and the tortilla strips were stale. My husband got chicken strips and the fries were cold up on arrival. Overall it was what I would honestly expect. Long wait for food, loud restaurant that was busy. Some workers were delightful (like our waitress) and others were grumpy (like the girl delivering waters).

I have been to this location many times but this time was the best experience we have ever had. Our server Nico made it such an amazing experience. He was funny and exceeded our expectations. He deserves so much. I left a $25 tip because I have never had such a great server. He is off the charts. Please recognize him. He is amazing! I will ask for him when we go back. I wish I could give a perfect 10!

Amazing It has been awhile that we came to this location. Kudos to Joel our waiter. He has an friendly and outgoing personality. Please give him a merit raise and tell him to keep up the great customer service. I had the Steak & Surf. It was awesome. I can see why alot of people frequent this place for lunch.

Aside from the great food, if I could give the service 10 stars, I certainly would. Every time we have eaten at or ordered at this Chili’s, we have had excellent service. One of our to-go orders a while back was missing a salad, and when I called, the manager apologized and made it right. Mistakes will happen, but having the confidence that a restaurant will make it right is worth a lot. Also, we ordered on New Year’s Eve, and as is to be expected, the kitchen was extremely busy. While on the way, I had called to ask a question and I spoke with Darren. He gave me a heads up that they were a bit behind, but never did he sound short, rushed, or make me feel like an inconvenience, as has happened at other places at much less busy times. When I indicated I was using rideshare, he said he couldn’t promise anything but he would try to take care of me. Given what happened next, I am sure he gave the kitchen a heads up. When I arrived to pick up our food, there was a line of people picking up and waiting for an ETA. I asked for an ETA and whether it would be more than a few minutes so I could end the ride and get another one once the food was ready. The staff member at the front was so nice, and again, treating everyone with courtesy and respect, in spite of how swamped they were. She told me not to end the trip yet and that she would check. They were able to get our food out within a couple of minutes. I was so surprised and pleased that they would show such care on a busy night like New Year’s Eve. I was truly grateful for their effort and the amazing service they provided to me that night. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Chili’s on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. They have great-tasting food, exceptional service, and you will not be disappointed.

I am very upset first thought I order every week and I got the worst quesadillas. Brisket quesadilla is two times in a row. They were so soggy and disgusting and gristle. It was nasty. I never got my money returned when they told me that it would return to my card never did tonight. I asked them to please check my food is the closest to to me as it please make sure it’s right she said she was. The manager never gave us a timeframe never gave us a total. My husband gets there waits another 20 minutes. I get a text on my phone saying it was ready and then after that we did another 15 minutes so they bumped the ticket because they didn’t want the time to keep going on it but yet we sit there and waited 15 more minutes I’m just really upset over it. I’m never going back to this Chili’s again ever and I have been a long-standing customer every week so I’m done with it. Oh and to the so called manager tonight the age crack you made will be told to the GM tomorrow by the way I’m 28

We always had a pleasant experience at this Chili’s. The food is always good and we always get the 3 for me. The enchilada soup is delicious, and we use it as a dip for the chips. The burgers sometimes are dry, but last time they were so juicy and tasty. Their lemonade is also a hit or miss, sometimes it’s delicious while others is very watered down. The service is ok, even when they are not that busy we don’t get a refill until we ask for it or are ready to leave. Overall it’s good, we definitely come back because I love their chips too much.

It was great. Our server, Ella, was great, she made sure we got our drink, she was so nice, didn’t rush us or anything. I got the new bacon cheese and I loved it. Small amount of fries but they were so good. I loved it.

Our cashier Theresa, and the manager Jeanie, they were both very respectful despite an old white haired Karen who came in late for her order, called people disrespectful and complained about her food is going to be cold even though (as previously mentioned) she came in late. This customer came in and was very disrespectful toward both me and my friends, (active duty millitary btw). And these employees both kept their cool. Amazing service and great food. Good job being professional in those awkward moments.
