I stopped by this IHOP with a coworker for a quick breakfast before work, and it ended up being one of my better IHOP experiences. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and seated right away.
Our server, Jelina (apologies if I’m misspelling her name), was excellent. She was friendly, welcoming, and extremely attentive. She checked in at all the right moments, kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask, and was very aware that we were on a tight schedule.
We ordered a simple pancake breakfast with bacon, eggs, and hash browns. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and well prepared, with generous portions.
I’ve visited another IHOP location, and this one stands out for its consistent, efficient service and attentive staff. Thanks to Jelina, we were able to enjoy a delicious meal and still make it to work on time. I understand that it gets busy on Sunday mornings, but it doesn’t make any sense to not make customers’ orders correctly, especially something as simple as bacon. I have a texture and tooth issue, therefore I asked that my bacon be made extra crispy but not burnt before being added to my breakfast scramble… obviously I did not get that or I wouldn’t be posting a complaint rn. Not only is it not crispy, but it is so floppy and gross looking that I am going to be taking it back to be replaced immediately.
Cooks, please prepare customer orders as asked better.
Edit An Hour Later: Pookie, and the manager Briana took care of fixing it super quickly and with no issues at all! Now I’ve got the correct order, and I can give the incorrect meal to someone else in need of food.

Food was super yummy and fresh! The pancakes were so delicious and the best part was our server Isabel. She was so professional, friendly and helpful especially considering that iHop has such a big menu – she knows EVERYTHING! If you come to this location, you should look for her! I’m definitely coming back whenever I am in Vegas.

First and last time going here. I ordered the chicken fajita omelette and biscuit and gravy. The chicken tasted like it was out of a can, the onions and peppers were definitely frozen and I don’t know what’s on the biscuit, but it’s definitely not gravy.

I have been at this IHOP location several times while on a business trip. The breakfast was phenomenal. Delicious omelettes, and fluffy pancakes.

I love IHOP—their food and breakfast menu are awesome! The service was also nice, but I couldn’t help but notice the condition of their glassware. I ordered an apple juice, and the glass was full of scratches. At first, I thought it was part of the design, but the server mentioned that it happens due to the dishwasher. My question is—why not replace the ones that are too worn out? Other than that, everything was great. I’ll definitely visit again!

Had an amazing time at this IHOP while visiting from California. We made a stop before heading to the airport, and our server Beto was very funny and provided super quick service. He checked up on us often, and even though we had a lot of modifications to our food, everything was handled correctly and without issue. At many places servers seem bothered by requests, but Beto made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back when we visit again. Thanks Beto!
